First AP running, that is. My PC's are:
Human Magus-Varisian, bastard of an infamous pirate bloodline

Tiefling Sea Witch-Her eyes glow, she has a monkey! She's Blessed of Besmara.

Human Bard-Taldan Talespinner, rolled low for starting cash, she needed the money, otherwise she'd never have played at a place like the Formidably Maid.

Half-Elf Monk-looking for his Elven bard father, lost a leg to sharks along the way, he follows the Pirate Code.

Our heroes wake up in the bowels of the Wormwood to the tender ministrations of Mr. Scourge. They're sensible heroes and head up to the deck. The bard gives Mr. Scourge a little lip, but a warning crack from the whip almost takes it off. The witch senses her monkey, it's afraid and somewhere on the ship. Cap'n Harrigan gives his welcome speech to the new crew and Mr. Plugg dispenses his career assessment test. The magus is quick like a bunny, and the bard says she can cook (her character sheet says otherwise). Everyone else is swabs!

The magus takes to rigging like a duck to algebra. Yikes, 30' falls are dangerous! He ALMOST makes the catch yourself check, and fortunately lands on a pile of rope and nets instead of the tender loving deck of the Wormwood. Also fortunately right next to a fellow swab that happens to be a cleric of Besmara, one positive energy burst later and he's mostly alive. Plugg accuses him of lying down on the job and it's back into the rigging with him. The bard, with no cooking or survival skill, gets to butcher a pig. The cook isn't drunk though, hurray! Makes an unskilled Survival check exactly. The witch gets to scrub up the redspot the Magus made and our one legged monk is a runner and fatigued at the end of day 1.

Tonight's Bloody Hour entertainment is the keelhauling of a thief. Rum is rationed out and the witch casts detect poison, she's never had a spell go, "Ehhhhhhhhhhh..." before. The bard braves it and gets addicted AND fatigued, straight to bed with her. The monk tries to pour his rum into someone else's cup, Sharp eyed Mr. Scourge notices and we've got tomorrow's Bloody Hour entertainment lined up. The Magus n' Witch successfully dispose of their paint thinner. The witch is rejoined with her monkey who had been hiding in the galley and the Magus does some Harrow readings for the crew. It was a big day.

Hopefully I'll be better prepared next time as i'm terribly rusty at GM'ing and didn't kill a single party member.
