These feats need some Errata.
1. Final Embrace is a redundant feat for any creature which already has constrict (as the Universal Grab ability works on creatures of the same size as of Bestiary2). I suggest the next two feats in the chain have their prereqs adjusted so as to not make Final Embrace a prereq when it is redundant for the creature (3.0 this would be legal, under Sword and Fists idea of Virtual Feats)
2. Final Horror should state whether you can stack this effect, moving up the chain of fear conditions shaken/frightened/panicked. I assume currently you can with RAW.
3. Final Embrace Horror and Final Embrace master both require Ability Focus(Constrict). Constrict isn't a legal option for Ability Focus, since it does not have a DC. If this was meant as a "feat tax" as suggested in another thread, it should at least be a legal feat option.
Am I missing anything here? Or has there been any ruling on these matters?

1. It is ONLY redundant for any creature that already has constrict. Serpentfolk/Naga can take it and they don't automatically have constrict.
Constrict usually implies a Grab, but not always.
If you already have Constrict, FE is a tax for making your constrict better with the other feats. (which monsters usually have enough feats they can rearrange to make this happen)
2. Yes, RAW, you can stack the fear effect (for 1 round), it's very good, but it's mostly "very good" in the hands of a PC who has a harder time getting it (and an easier time stacking it) than monsters.
3. And yes, currently it is a feat tax. I would prefer if it actually did something (and would probably houserule some effect equivalent with +2DC). But none of this makes it an illegal option for ability focus.

I was assuming that it was not redundant. That it means that if you took Final Embrace, all your natural attacks would have Grab and Constrict.
My best look at the Feat Benefit description says to me that is the case, but it does seem a little too good to be true.
Say if I were a Tengu with Claws and a Bite. I took 2 levels in White Haired Witch, so now I have Constrict. I take Final Embrace, so now my Claws and Bite have Grab and Constrict, too. Then I'd wear Spiked Armor, too, of course, so then I would do an extra 1d6(+bonuses) with every melee attack, 4 so far, but I can think of an easy way to get 5 more, not counting a Helm of the Mammoth Lord.
