Description/Background: Elly is a spoiled clever rich girl with powers. She summoned Mheerah one dark and stormy night using a scroll she didn't fully understand, and now her soul is bonded to the creature. But she has decided to make lemonade from this particular lemon, and her ego has embraced the idea of having a demon familiar as an accessory to her forbidding self-image. Elly is a pale thin teenager who favors lots of heavy black makeup, complicated black clothing and who dyes her mousy brown hair pitch black as well. She has multiple piercings and silver baubles and always wears heavy black riding books with big jangly silver buckles. She is openly rebellious toward authority and her parents have no idea what to do with her, especially since she frequently threatens them with her magic just to get them to leave her alone. In reality her magic is confined to some showy cantrips and some cheap fear spells, and she is lonely and desperate to find her place in the world. She feels she is special but can't work out precisely what she wants to do with herself. Over the last year, her relation to Mheenah has changed; her familiar is less a slave and more of a pal and confidant. In return, Mheenah has developed some basic empathy for her mistress and enjoys their sojourns into mischief. It's not a stretch to say that they are both all the other has.
