Haha, because I've also had terrible sleep patterns and I know the time zone difference between where you and I live. It's not good waking up at 8pm though so you should kick that habit.

It really does, and the fact that my medicine is making me ridiculously scatter-brained doesn't help. Oh well, I have most of tonight to get caught up, and then once I get back home I'll be able to work on getting back to life during normal waking hours.
Seems my sleep schedule finally caught up with me. I'm sick, so posting is limited to when I'm not in bed resting.

I'm working on the posts now. It seems that I'm sick, so I doubt I'll be leaving this weekend like I'd originally planned. Hopefully I can get everyone up to the same point this weekend though.

Seems the illness is progressing from a throat thing to a lung thing, which is good, imo. Means it's not going to stick around in my throat AND lungs. I still think a visit to the doctor may be in order though.
Also, I just realized that I forgot to let you guys know what's up with Rainy. I talked to him over aim, and it seems life hit him pretty hard, so he doesn't have time to play at the moment. I offered to let him come back if things clear up before a certain point in the campaign. If that happens though, he'll have to work around our schedule. I won't just dump his character into the group willy nilly, or in the middle of combat, so don't worry about that.
Popping in to say that I'm not dead, I've just been ill with bronchitis. I got some meds though, so I should be doing better. Going to post after I finish sleeping (dog woke me up).
Glad to hear it's something manageable (if unpleasant). Get better -- that's a much higher priority than rushing through posts. :)
In terms of our lost player -- will we have an issue with the loss of a martial-type, or should we be okay as is? I have no problem with someone joining back in later when they have time (assuming it makes sense within the story) -- I'd far rather that than be stuck waiting for someone who's not got time to post and lose momentum in game based on that.
I could feasibly change Tito from a Sorcerer to a Magus for mechanics so that we could have a bit more durability in the meantime.
Any objections to the above then? We won't lose an arcanist but we will gain a little frontline edge due to increased HP/AC.
I imagine that's something that Acid would need to respond to. *shrug*

I honestly don't think you'll need the extra firepower. The AP is made for 4 players, and you guys are 5, and I honestly don't plan on changing the encounters much unless it becomes too easy. If you think it would make more sense for the character, then I'm okay with it, but if you're just doing it for extra durability, I wouldn't bother. If I'm wrong, you can hit me later. :)

I am SO sorry. I have excuses, but they only last until Sunday, and are kind of bad. Basically I went over to my friend's house a few days ago, they kicked me off the computer, and then I couldn't get a ride home until late Sunday night. AFTER THAT I was just...really ashamed and panicked that I hadn't posted yet, so I didn't get -any- thing roleplay related done due to me...being so panicked that I didn't even want to look at the ooc threads. Which just made me more ashamed...you see the cycle.
I'm going to try my best to post to everyone tonight, and try to get the meeting post set up so those who've already finished speaking with her can have something to do. If I don't, then I guarantee posts tomorrow, since it'll not longer be 'the three day weekend', and I'll have more time.

John Williams is a favorite of mine, and Harry Potter: Prisoner of Azkaban is one of my favorite soundtracks... I'd say Double Trouble which is the one from the preview and what they actually sing in the film... fits me perfect... kind of upbeat but creepy...

Sorry I didn't reply sooner, but I've been really thinking about the questions, to be honest. :)
From his history, the "easy" answer for Dracius is swan (via ugly duckling route), but at the same time, he's not particularly prideful or vain now -- not the sort to wander around and preen -- which is how many people think of adult swans. However, the idea of soaring still fits him, as does avian grace -- though he is also the who will fight (to protect others, mostly) -- so I would say that he's a Gyrfalcon or Hawk.
In terms of songs, to be honest, it's not at all "fantasy", but when I think about Dracius, I keep hearing Dog Days are Over by Florence and the Machine.
Alright, I'm going to take about a day to calm down and re-evaluate my time and commitment to certain things. This does not mean I'm stopping the game, what I'm actually doing is taking stock of what -else- I'm doing that I can stop so I have time and energy for the games I run. I think part of it is that I took on too many things at once, which stressed me out and made me fail at ALL of them. I need break it down and decide what can go and what I -definitely- want to do. I've already decided to continue the games I run, so don't worry about that.

Okies. I've cut back on some things, but some stuff just went down irl (which is why I didn't reply when I said I would) that has kind of emotionally messed with me, so I'm going to go ahead and change the posting requirement and speed, at least for a while. Even with cutting back on other things I won't have the energy to do a post a day, at least not for the next week or so. If that's a problem, I completely understand.
I'm hoping to post today though, and I'll try to post tomorrow, but I'm not going to hold myself to the second one.
Also, Razik's computer has died on him, so he'll only be able to post when he comes over to visit, at least until he gets his new computer.
I just talked it over with my friends after my last post, and I don't think it's a good idea for me to run right now. I may put up a thread looking for you guys/post here once things calm down at home, but right now I'm just too stressed, and it's not fair to keep you guys hoping and waiting. If you want, I'll try to help find another DM for you guys so you can still play.

Sorry to hear that, Acid -- but with the loss of not only you buy also some players, I'm not sure that it's worth getting a new GM (sadly).
