I'm running You Only Die Twice on Sunday morning, and the 8-9 tier looks deadly. I'll be surprised if at least one PC doesn't die in my game, and I'm not usually a killer GM.

For anybody even moderately interested, we did survive.

Our group of six had one enormous challenge one that nearly killed off two of our party members, but by the grace of Kyle, we somehow managed to make it through Dragnmoon's meat grinder (with the help of a 20 rolled at a perfect moment).

Silly Dragnmoon. My own party did more damage to me than you. I told you that you'd fail to kill us! Shelyn protects all who believe in the beauty of life.

That was a fun table with three characters having three different accents: French, African, Indian. The French accent was like a disease and infected even the GM. :D

I will say for that last part, I learned a lot from the game and some of the mistakes *Cough initiative* won't be made again!

The worse mistake of course was letting your PCs survive!!! ;)
