Howdy all,

Just lookin into if I should go to Paizocon at all...is it worthwhile for someone new to PFS to go? I'd be showing up with a lowbie character! ><

Ok, don't quote me, because this will be my first trip to PaizoCon, but I think PFS scenarios have been added to the list of Open Events page. Some, but not all, have the character level stated. For instance, I didn't find it on "Shades of Ice:one", but "Shades of Ice:two" is clearly marked as levels 1-7, as is "Shadow's Last Stand" which is a one and two sort of deal as well, and The Dalsine Affair.

So, I think there will be low level Pathfinder Society goodness available. Additionally, the lottery listing has a lot of things that, while not PFS, look amazing (Grimm, anyone?) and I've heard people talk about Panels and whatnot that aren't listed yet.

So, while I think that the choice would be up to the individual, I'm sold. And if there were 4 of me, we'd all be going.

Liberty's Edge

Check out the Open Events tab in the PaizoCon Event Schedule (still a work in progress) and you will see at least 8 PFS games for 1st and lower level characters.

There will be plenty of games for all levels.
