If you're implying that I stole something as a gift for Kyra... you're dead wrong.
Also, if so...

Oh please tell me Alain was downwind from that!

I see a spoiler coming. *steps out of anticipated splatter zone*

Kinda the same thing at the moment and I can't talk more about it without messing it up...

Have you had the "lifespan talk" with Kyra yet?
Have you ever had an experience like this android bard (a song, don't worry) has had?

No, and I hope I never have to have that talk with her. I've had it before. It kinda is the suckiest thing that sucks. Enough that it made me mopey enough not to want to click that link, so probably I have had an experience like that.

Miss Merisiel, what did you think of your Kingdom Death art?

There's no point to it really. Pointing out to your Human Companions, their short lifespan does nothing good, and can produce a lot of harm. I find it best to enjoy them for a few years and then bid them farewell before the aging becomes too noticeable. I do at least try to make sure they're in a good situation before I take my final leave of them. Assuming they haven't been complete prats, of course.

A distraction bonus to Bluff checks to feint in combat? :)

Miss Merisiel, what did you think of your Kingdom Death art?
It's awesome.
And this is me talking.

Delightful |

1. Hey, Merishel, I just read Inner Sea Go-- I mean, Calistria's The Book of Joy and apparently Calistria believes that love is a weakness. Do you agree or is that one of things you disagree with when it comes to your faith.
2. Also, have you ever had the opportunity to talk to your goddess?
3. Heard you Seoni, Seelah and Alain beat-up Lamashtu's son Deskari at the Worldwound. What was that like?

1) That's complicated. I think it IS a weakness, from some viewpoints, but it's a weakness that I enjoy suffering.
2) Not that I know of. Not all that eager to. She's kinda scary.
3) Deskari is Pazuzu's son, not Lamashtu's, and saying that out loud like you did might get you on a demonic watch list. But it was scary and fun and memorable.

This has really pissed me off, and I want your take on this, Merisiel.
One of my human friends has just made a major decision to leave her husband for the love of her life, an elf. She's obviously super broken-up about her decision but stands by it nonetheless. Meanwhile, the elf is treating it like a meaningless fling, going by the logic that the human is going to live thirty, maybe forty more years at most. Is this elf as much of a *** as I believe she is?

I make a habit of not providing relationship advice to humans because humans tend to misunderstand the advice. Sounds like that's what's going on there as well.
Live and love while you can.

Probably that one in Hollow Mountain.

Dear Merisiel,
1)On page 54 of the Technology Guide, you were knelt before and working on some kind of tower or tube like structure adorned with red glowing symbols and red light coming from the inner workings. What can you tell us about that, like what it was, where it came from and what you later did with it.
2)What are androids like? (At least the ones you met)
3)If you had to spend the rest of their natural life with one of the iconics other than Kyra, who would it be? (note that Kyra could be there with you)
4)Who of the iconics is best at handling children?
5)If you could have one of your relatives back, who would it be? You need not say names, but please describe the relation
6)What was your most surprisingly pleasant acquaintance/lover? (as in: that you did not see coming/was actually quite pleasantly different from what you expected)
7)Before you are two street kids, one in good health and the other not so much. You have a good knife, a large trail ration and an hour of your time to give them. What do you do?

1) That was a nasty little gizmo called an extinction wave device, and the group and the rest of the region were damn lucky I was there to disarm it before it went off! Once it was taken apart, my friends and I made sure the pieces were destroyed or disposed of.
2) They're weird. They think they're people, but they have trouble, um... "peopling" in a way that doesn't weird me out.
3) If Kyra were there with me, it wouldn't matter who else I had to spend the time with.
4) Creepy.
5) Not a big fan of them. They can stay dead or missing or whatever for all I care.
6) All of them in their own way. I try not to pick favorites in that way.
7) Teach them how to pick pockets, and while they're practicing I eat the food and pawn the knife if it's not worth keeping.

The idea of anyone "handling children" as you put it is creepy. It's not a name. I just don't know what it is you're asking about. Probably because I'm not really all that interested in dealing with children in the first place I guess.

O_o
Really? I only meant who of the iconics is best at talking to them, comforting and teaching them and such things, you know, objectively nice stuff. :(
What take from this whole thing however is that none of the iconics have any family plans for the foreseeable future. Is that correct?
To another topic:
Have you ever had an underwater adventures and did you enjoy it? (That is not a euphemism for sex... unless you want it to be, but that is not what I'd like to know)
If you had an underwater adventure, what were the main problems you had and what were the most fun/interesting parts?
