So I just spent the minute waiting for my breakfast to cook running myself mentally through the conversation I'll inevitably have one day when someone confronts me for refusing to say "good morning".

I worry myself sometimes.

Live in NY, you'll never have that problem again!

Heh, nice try =P Too big, too crowded, too cold, and I like my current job too much ;)

Good Morning.

Waves a pigeon wing

90 degree weather until Friday. I guess the weather is malfunctioning.

Xenopedes. Also a Greek root, not Latin ;-)

Plus, it just sounds cooler.

Not yet for me. Evening shift at work.

Well, yes, that will put a damper on things. Hope the evening shift goes well, and swift. Or, assuming hourly work, feels swift, at least.

Yes, another excellent use of money. Top of the list. I truly hope that is not a frequent concern you must face. If so, you have my sympathies.

I'm sure GoG will follow suit. :P

GoG already started, actually.

Already blew my will save on that one,... :(

Got mentioned on the last page. He already said his name sounded better to him.

Good morning one and all. I hope ye are all fairing well, and that the wind is at your backs. In a better form today, started up an exercise routine at the start of the week, and the sunny weather doesn't exactly hurt either.

And I hope your day is great and stays that way.

I like all the ideas submitted thus far! I think I've enough to work with. I'll put together the completed statblock and post it later for perusal =)

Thanks a ton Synod and Janus, you guys have been a big help.

You're welcome! Glad to be a help ^^

Been a long time since I was one.

This is true. It's the hump of the week! ... Isn't it? ...

*checks calendar*

Yes, yes it is. Wednesday. The half way point. The tough part is over, it's all down-hump from here. And think of all the nice things the necessary evil of work shall earn you. Money for food and games and such like.

Speaking of games, Steam Summer Sale starts tomorrow, if the rumours are true. w00t! \o/

Yes. Wednesday...

Worry not. If they want to have that conversation, tell them to have it alone and let you know how it went ;)

Kids. The fact our county is bigger than Rhode Island. Kids. Stuff like that. ;-)

I do hate driving around Houston.

Yes... in all but 12 places, currently, where it is Thursday.

Though I suppose it is presumptuous of me to say it is the hump of the week, as if this is an objective measure. It would not be halfway for all, merely Monday to Friday workers.

I'm glad she's out, but I'm sorry to hear about the walker. I hope it keeps her going, though, and her quality of life remains unchanged.

Me too. Big reason I live inside the Loop. Less driving to the things I like to do (or easy, quick access by bus and train).

I'm glad they are moving in the right direction! :)

Dad is also out of the hospital and in intense rehab after more than 6 weeks mostly in ICU and IMCU.

I'm just not wired for big cities. I would kind of like to live further out of city limits than I already do, but when I lived 20 miles east of town it was really a pain in the ass at times. On the other hand I did enjoy the space.

I'm trying to help my daughter's family move closer, but they are even more screwed by having no credit history than by having bad credit history.

Our credit system just makes me want shoot blood out of my eyes!

Happy lunch everyone.

Yes, another excellent use of money. Top of the list. I truly hope that is not a frequent concern you must face. If so, you have my sympathies.

It was a constant threat for a few years but I paid off the debts and late bills so it won't be a problem for at least a year once I return home.

I would fail that save if I could... Twelve hours to buy lots of games from my wishlist on sale which I can't buy :(

If only <redacted>'s <redacted> for <redacted> would be out already... I think that they will pay me just the right amount for the package of D&D games assuming they won't cut my contribution at the final moment...

Damn! Risen 2 is on sale for 6 dollars?! Aaaaaaa!

F***...

I hear you. I've got to service the swamp cooler and get it on line.

I think I may have to get a new lawn mower. :/

I will be in that dark corner brooding over games I can't get...

Great game. I got it some time ago during earlier sale... Its primary weakness is that it is much too short...

I hope it comes out so you can get paid soon!

To be precise, I have two dollars something on PayPal... Not enough for even a fraction of what I would like to get...

Hmmm... Legend of Grimrock?
