As a parent, can confirm this is possible. It just needs to be on the floor, just around the corner. (Note: this is common.)

Most of those jokes would be more likely representing someone with either a rather wicked sense of humor/high snark levels (I would never be able to ask an officer which movie this was for, though I've known a couple of folks who would), or representing someone less "dumb" and more "out of touch with reality" making them tragic.
Then again: the jokes in question never really make much sense, as a category...
(Also, in case it wasn't clear, I enjoyed even these.)

It's the classic Tweety and Sylvester setup. Grandma Tweety leaves, Sylvester comes in, Tweety bird uses conveniently handy TNT and yellow paint, Sylvester grabs faux Tweety and goes boom. :-)

Grr. The elevator at the parking garage is broken. :(
Well, maybe it will be working again by the time we go back. And at least I was able to find a spot on the third floor, so it's not as bad as it could be. Still, not looking forward to trying to climb stairs to get to my car.

In the meantime, I think I will get in an episode of Orphan Black while kidlet is in taekwondo class. I am so addicted to this show now. I'm at the beginning of the second season already.

CARS 3 IS SO GOOD, YOU GUYS; LIKE, SO GOOD.
It was a phenomenal experience for the boys and their Mommy and I (the boys' first outing to a theater), and was excellent as a general parent/child film, but would probably make an ideal father/daughter film (I have no daughters, so... not an authority). Highly recommended!

I was looking at a Pathfinder CRB on Amazon Mexico, and they wanted $780 for it. Took me a minute to calm down and remember that Mexico uses $ as a peso sign.
I'll still probably just get the Spanish PDF from Paizo.

Sometimes Impus Major is just awesome.
I don't know how many of you remember back in 2014 or so when Impus Major spent the day playing in our giant new TV box and having McDonald's for dinner. He had a major allergic reaction (hospital, epinephrine injection, and everything), and has been convinced for years that it was the McDonald's food, not the strange white antifungal powder in the shipped-from-China box, that caused the reaction.
Keep in mind that he also had his first major growth spurt, so he's at least 8" taller than he was then.
Unfortunately, Impus Minor considers McDonald's Chicken Nuggets his absolute favorite foodstuff. I don't know where he gets them, since we never buy them for him, but he begged and pleaded to stop by McDonald's on the way up. Impus Major put his foot down: No way! What if he had a reaction in the middle of nowhere?
So we compromised, and swung into McD's on the way down.
NobodysHome: What'll you have, Impus Major?
Impus Major: I'll have a cheeseburger Happy Meal with no onions, please.
NobodysHome: That's it?!?!!? That's all you want?
Impus Major: Yeah, it's plenty.
Impus Major: You know, these things are a lot smaller than I remember them being...
I am fortunate that I was on a straight road, I started laughing so hard...

Cars 2 gets a lot of crap it doesn't deserve.
In truth, I actually liked it - kiiiiiiiinda predictable in some respects, but it had a lot more going for it (for example: most of the "B-plot") than most credit it for, and actually has fewer continuity errors than other (justifiably) better-rated Pixar films.
... but, to be fair, it definitely was not anywhere as good as most Pixar movies, by a fair margin, and definitely including the original Cars (though, at the time, if I recall, the original got panned a bit for being too childish or toy-focused or something).
That said, it's like people don't remember A Bug's Life exists. I mean, dudes. C'mon. Cars 2 was, in fact, better than A Bug's Life - not a high bar, sure, but it's worth remembering that Cars 2 not only isn't a bad film (though it strays from the core conceit of the original by a fair margin), but it's not even close to Pixar's weakest film (which still isn't "bad"... just... "weak" - comparatively).
I have long argued that Pixar films are not "kids" films, but rather "adult" films that kids can also enjoy. A Bug's Life is the only real hole in that argument.
(Well, maybe The Good Dinosaur, too; and, though it was an excellent film, Brave was less "adult film kids could watch and enjoy" and more "film for teen girls that most everyone with a pulse could enjoy"... but still, that's three out of eighteen. Though Coco at least kiiiiinda looks like it'll be number four. But otherwise, the gist seems to hold.)
((And, you know "family film" would be more apt, as a general rule, but "family film" has, for so long, meant "one of those things you put your kids in front of to watch, no matter how terrible the film is, because it's made for kids" that I kind of shy away from that term as a defense mechanism...))
All that said: Cars 3 is, without question, definitely a Cars movie.

Cars 2 isn't bad it just wasn't Cars. It was a spy movie starring the cast of Cars. :-)

Yeah, I do that a lot too. I loved Downton Abbey, but wandered off during the third season I think it was and just haven't been able to find the motivation to get back to it. I barely watch tv as it is, and mostly what I watch is stuff I'm trying to introduce the kidlet to, so right now lots of anime as he's getting into that. It's really hard for a show to keep my attention. For whatever reason this one is doing a better job than most right now....we'll see if I make it past the third season though. :)

Ugh, Pixar. I loathe Pixar. I don't care for the animation style, and I really don't care for the storytelling. It's sloppy and relies too much on manipulating the audience's emotions. People keep telling me how wonderful their films are and I'm like, are we even watching the same movie? Because that totally sucked and I want my time back!
Tl;dr: I feel about Pixar much like Freehold feels about Whedon
