Morning FAWTLY Folk! Heard back from my friends in Philly that the guy who just started down in DC is ok. So there's that bit of relief. Looked through the victim names they released so far and I think I recognize one - not someone I worked with, just a familiar name.

Scarab Sages

All right, talk to you folks later. Have a good day.

Not going to be on much myself today either. Lots to do. Later FAWTLfolk.

I feel like including Alain in a campaign or two just so the player characters or some NPC will get to humiliate him.

Bah not enough sleep and work ahead. Someday soon I will look into sleeping meds.

Grand Lodge

I really need to get my homework done before the morning it is due.

Glad your buddy is OK, Az. This is bad enough without friends being involved.

How can I be sleepy when I woke up from an 7-hour stretch of sleeping less than two hours ago?

And good to hear your friends are okay Zombeh.

Uh? Isn't that normal?

RainRAINrainRaIn...

I might have to go out in that cold wet rain to buy some tea. I used up the last one... Meh.

Silver Crusade

Hi all.

After thinking I had kicked my nasty virus to the curb over the weekend, it reasserted itself with a vengeance. I started coughing yesterday, and it kept me up most of the night. My voice is completely gone and I am worn out. Called in sick for the first time at the new job. (They were fine with it, since they could tell I could barely even speak on the phone.) Ugh.

Sucks to hear. Get well soon man.

hi everyone

Scarab Sages

Finally heard back from more of my old co workers that none of the other people I used to work with were hurt. So there's that.

Still feel crappy for all those hurt or killed. They deserve better.

Silver Crusade

I swear I'm not trying to pick on the bard. Poor Tybalt. He has lycanthropy, filth fever, and now he's blind, too... Sorry, DSX.

Well, as long as the bard didn't caught STD it isn't abuse.

I'm sure that can be arranged.

 of course, it's not like any of my PC's would ever flirt with anyone. ¬_¬

Huh, maybe I should ask my party bard to make a few Fortitude rolls... She's the most... active... party member after all.

Bards should have disease immunity from just that particular type of disease.

This would make them totally overpowered...

Good morning FaWtL,

Today we go to Würzburg, Sabine, me and my Best Man, it is a thank-you-gift for, well beeing my best man.

We will do a bit of sightseeing (The Fortress Castle is legendary and the residence Palace is UNESCO World Heritage, the Cathedral is famous as well)
In the evening we have a Whisky tasing - not Sabine of course, she will go shopping.
A co-worker of Sabine has a Scotch Whisky Store in Würzburg and will do the tasting (he works Monday to Wedensday at the Blood Donation Centre and Thursday till Saturday in his Shop

I need more friends like this.

Actually, I need more friends, period.

Sounds awesome Aeglos, (The one lamentation I have about being born in America, our distinct lack of historical castles!) :(

Have a blast! :)

I'm reminded of a very fine Irish whiskey my dead friend gave us at Kelly's wake. ;)

Are you guys above water?

Well, I'm being told to work harder these last two months, so I won't be able to hang around here until I'm done for the day.

However, I'll still be up and about at the weekends!

Yay! Seven hours of carrying around stuff with my left hand and the wrist is actually feeling better than when I left for work.

Bt are you and yours okay?

Why do people call and not leave messages?

Scarab Sages

Mrgh.

Scarab Sages

All righty, folks. Plenty to do. Take it easy.

And remember......let's be careful out there.

*yawn* to you all.

yes. I have both jobs, a staff meeting and a medication groupto run. Its also new comic book day. Also, wife has first interview in YEARS today. Good luck sweetie.

Aberzombie wrote:

Because messages usually sound stupid and it's much less permanent just yapping on the phone than leaving a recording.*
