Asasha
"Stop," Asasha whispers, "I think i've found something, possibly a trap of some sort."
With that Asasha kneels down (carefully avoiding the wire) and inspects it. "I hope this works." she mutters to herself as some sort of tools materialise in her hand as if from nowhere.

Kythvanath
Well looks like who ever we are following didn't want visitors.
Kyth says as he pushes a strand of hair out of his face.
Since they took the time to leave us presents I think its only fair that we bring them a few of our own.
Tempest's light begins pulsing with a dark red light nearly black.
Galrian Sho´ray
True, but its always better to be more careful than hotheaded. Many people have died just because of rushing ahead or not thinking beforehand. Whoever it was, he was expecting something or he does not take any risk... admirable, but dangerous for us. We need to be more cautious, since who knows what lies ahead of us and most of all, let us hope that children all still fine
Kythvanath
You should listen to them they know more than you, master.
Kyth hears in his mind. As Tempest speaks in it's otherworldly whisper quiet yet as loud as booming as thunder at the same time.
"Thanks for the vote of confidence."
I am only trying to help.
"Sure you are."
He replies mentally silencing Tempest's voice in his mind. During this conversation Kyth's iris take on a strange reddish glow and returns to normal after he is done.
"Why take the children in the first place? Also why keep them alive this long, are they to be sacrificed at a certain time?"

Well we won't find out hanging around here.
Asasha continues making her way carefully down the passageway, straining her senses to the fullest.

One by one, strange small light start to blink down the tunnel, at the floor level and scattered. There are six of them and they seem to be far down the corridor. Faint scratching sounds suddenly announce scattering of the lights, which is promptly followed by the strange acidic smell. For an instant, lights shine brightly - and then dots of red light just surge towards you, hitting some of you in the chests and making your hearts skip painfully.
You are all hit by the effect similar to magic missile. 1d4 ⇒ 2 You may act now.
The Great Katallin
Shaking off the light wound, The Great Katallin raises his sword and rushes after the closest light, with his sword lifted high over head, he brings it crashing down:
I will charge if I can, so add +2 if I can charge.

Katalin rushes at the light in the dark and his sword strikes at it, but he is now near enough to see what he is attacking and he recoils in surprise and misses his target. A large meaty human head scrambles on the floor born on six steel legs that end in sharp points. One large cyclopsean glass eye is riveted to the rotting forehead and it glitters menacingly. Several sprockets, leavers and pieces of iron wire complete the weird monstrosity.
Shol’a’saul
Shol'a'saul face pales when she notices the monstrosity, which causes her face to take on an eerie shade of purple. She mutters an epithat in Elvish, and tries to recall any such knowledge of this creature.
