Asasha had grown up in Kassen her whole life. In her early years she had been a normal child. Normal except for her particular fascination with flame, sitting and staring into the fire for hours.
At the age of 12 the accident happened, no-one was really sure what had caused it, all anyone knew was that, in the middle of the night Asasha’s father had woken to the smell of smoke to find the inn on fire. Asasha's parents had evacuated the inn, but could not find their daughter, until she emerged, naked but apparently unhurt, from the heat of the ruined building, carrying her baby brother. As her father ran to her she turned her head and seemed to fix him with an unnerving gaze. ”The flame has chosen.” she spoke, and collapsed to the floor.
Now, precisely four years later, Asasha still has no memory of that night. She has been all but blind since, but she does know that the flame seems to call….

Since the accident Asasha has become withdrawn and quiet, interacting little with her peers. Many in the town whisper that she was responsible for the fire that destroyed the inn and she is aware of the rumors. She has, however, grown into a remarkably good-looking young woman, and has learnt to use her looks to her advantage with strangers to the town.

Asasha is short at 5'1" with long dark hair and a thin, waif-like figure. Her eyes are clouded, but her unblinking stare can, at times, unnerve even the bravest men in the Kessen.
