Nope.

We'll do them when we have the time and the creative energy to do so—two things that for the past several weeks have been consumed entirely by other projects and duties.

So are you guys working on some top secret projects or is it finishing current projects before the deadline... If you are working on the top secret projects is there any chance of a hint?

For Halloween... Continue 'Souls for Smuggler's Shiv'? Or write a Call of Cthulhu oneshot? Do I have time to write that oneshot?

Write Call of Cthulhu plot or write Halloween-themed fanfiction?

I have a job interview tomorrow, wish me luck? It sucks balls, by the way, to be called in all over the region for interviews on average of once a week but never to be offered anything.

Why do women's suits have giant shoulder pads in them?

It's finishing current projects AFTER the deadline. We're behind schedule (which is kind of the normal case, alas), thanks to some Bestiary 2 and Save Dr. Lucky style mayhem a month or two ago.

Call of Cthulhu one-shot! And if you don't have time... that's what Chaosium provides CoC adventures for!

Good luck on the interview!

Because that way women gain a +2 circumstance bonus to bull rush attempts to knock the person in front of them out of line in the interview queue.

Contests actually take us MORE time to deal with than simply writing blog posts.

If we write the post, we have to read one of them before it goes live. If we do a contest, we have to read hundreds, perhaps thousands of entries. Not the best solution to "no time to write a blog post."

Also... we're protective of our iconics and greedy with their backstories. We want to write them ourselves, in other words. Eventually.

Nope; he's on Earth, which is in the same universe (aka Material Plane) as Golarion, but is a few (at least) galaxies away.

So someone with Greater Teleport could pop into the Paizo offices? Now I know why your campaign worlds are so detailed...

So a long time ago like 6th grade I had to write a paper as if my favorite TV show, or Book was really, I chose Star Trek. If i had to do this assignment I would do something else, but I have been thinking about this Idea. I have concealed that if Fiction became reality I think many people would die, but in the end the world might come out a better place, Like would we really have to keep fight terrorist if the World Wound opened up in Russia?

Anyway of all the fiction out there what would you like to see come true? and yes there can be Dinosaurs.

also did you ever see the Cartoon Cadillacs and Dinosaurs? I think it was a late 80s cartoon but I might be wrong

I haven't seen Cadillacs and Dinosaurs, but I have indeed heard of it.

And if I could only pick one piece of fiction to come true, that would probably be Jurassic Park. Obviously. I want a pet velociraptor. A real one; not just a robot like the one I have now.

You can't. It's a home-brew prestige class that I helped design for Julia's Middle Kingdoms game. It was actually a really REALLY overpowered class, but then again what it was based on was pretty over the top as well.

Nope, but maybe someday.

Nope; not ours to release.

Nope. Not even if all RPGs condense down to a single prebuilt character who fights against a duplicate of himself.

First of all, the way this question is phrased, there's NO WAY I can answer it without a legion of rulesmongers picking it apart like a swarm of starving jackals picking apart the seven-day dead sun-baked carcass of an elephant.

"Action" is not a defined term by the rules—it covers ALL of the possible things you can do in the game. Some of them are full-round actions, some swift actions, etc. But the word "action" itself doesn't mean anything.

So yes, attacks of opportunity are an action, but so is picking up a dropped sword, rubbing your eye, building a castle, tripping over a root, blinking, remembering you just blinked, stabbing a rulesmonger, and exhaling. Along with every other thing a character does, consciously or unconsciously, in the game.

I get the feeling what you're REALLY asking is: "Can I do a trip attack or some other combat maneuver as part of an attack of opportunity?" My answer to that would be, if I were the GM, yes. My answer to that if someone else were the GM would be to say, "Ask your GM."

The more we can all wean ourselves off of errata slavery and rules as written and re-learn how to rely on the GM for resolutions, the better the game itself will be.

Turns out that writing significant posts to the boards after a game that generally happens after a long day working at writing, it's really kind of hard to get into the "I'm writing campaign journals for the messageboards." That said, I believe Tim still is updating the campaign journal for my Shadows Under Sandpoint game.

Of the other two games I'm in:

Sean's high-level drow game is mostly just combats so we can all tinker with the high level rules and get other folks using them and to see how things play out at those levels; there's not an awful lot of roleplay or story going on, and that's the stuff I love to update in my characters' campaign journals. And so there's really not much to report on that one.

Rob's Kingmaker in Iobaria game, on the other hand, DOES have a lot of roleplay stuff going on, but I haven't updated Echo's journal in that thread for several sessions. Mostly because when that game is over it's nearly midnight on a Friday, and thus updating the journal is the furthest thing from my mind. Also: Fallout New Vegas is more fun than posting to journals. And the time I'm not playing that game I'm working, so there's more important writing to be done. Like posting to this thread.

No mi-go in Bestiary 2, but there's 4 other Lovecraftian monsters in that book to choose from. Two reprints from older Pathfinder APs, and two new ones.

You could apply the zombie template to a shoggoth, but that'd reduce its power DRAMATICALLY and on top of that result in a silly monster. Shoggoths are pretty iconic as they are, and making them undead as well is overkill. Maybe with the exception of putting the ghost template on one; that'd be pretty harrowing. Although a shoggoth without any shoggoth physical attacks is kind of lame.

The Great Beyond is large enough to contain all possible cosmologies. How mortals wrap their minds around the organization and what arbitrary descriptions they use to do so (be it the Great Wheel, the Great Beyond, or whatever) is irrelevant to the multiverse itself.

But I am surprised by the Dr. Who bit. Both the original series and (especially) the recent five seasons strike me as the combination of science fiction, history, and horror that would appeal to your sensibilities. Too British?

I do hope no one asked this before, but serious, philological studies don't allow time to read ALL 3400-somthing posts.

So which nation/s in Golarion is more inspired by Ancient Greece?

And on another note would that ancient-greece-inspired game I have periodically been asked to run work anywhere in Golarion at all?

As for why Golarion, I'm opposed to using the real world, since that just makes me feel like I should be studying the world of the roleplay rather than GMing it, and no I am not (again) designing a huge world of my own, just to play a single game in it.

3) What happens to the River Kingdoms in the official setting, if anything post-Kingmaker?

4) Is creating a campaign in your players finished Kingmaker realm insanity or genius or alternately both or neither?

Thanks a lot in advance - I'm sorry none of this was very funny, but well, cats, elves and devils and demons seems slightly outdiscussed, and well, then there was the option of asking serious questions. However just to fulfill the spirit of the thread:

I grew up in the remote wilderness of Point Arena. Cable TV was not an option (in fact, my parents STILL can't get cable TV, although they do now have satellite TV at least). As a result, until we got our first satellite dish (one of the big ones that looks like it came from the future!) when I was in high school, we pretty much had 3 TV channels to watch thanks to the TV antenna—NPC, CBS, and KTVU (which eventually turned into FOX). No ABC, no PBS, and certainly no BBC. As a result, Dr. Who was one of those shows I simply never got to watch as a kid.

And watching those old shows as an adult without the benefit of nostalgia to bolster them? Not good.
