I picked up on this trailing line in the blog today: "If you missed out on the delve, never fear. Many of its chambers were used as inspiration for GameMastery Module D2: Seven Swords of Sin, which should be hitting your store shelves any day now." (emphasis mine)
So it's different than what you folks ran at GenCon? I had thought it would be fun to run the delve as you folks ran it, is that possible with what I have in D2? (as a side note, I haven't had time to read D2 yet... but it looks pretty) Could even be a fun thing to run at hobby shops to get folks interested in your modules.

I would actually say that most of the rooms from the delve were used almost verbatim in D2. That said, the way a delve is put together for ease of play and quick combat is not exactly condusive to a good module. For that reason alone we had to modify a number of the chambers and change a few entirely. You can certainly run this adventure as a "delve" style game by ramping up the difficulties by about 20%. Little else would need to be changed.
