Some of the especially nasty wildland Yog-Tu are known to torture prisoners in terrible ways, just to get a laugh. They try to keep it a secret that they worship terrible demons and eat human flesh.
They think we are so naïve as to believe Lamgana Magag, the Yog-Tu goddess of eating humans while they scream is really a kind-hearted god of merchants.
