Thanks to Doug for making the trip out to The Hammer for a fun day of PFS.
All 3 slots filled, and several new players trying out the program.
AND Doug passes another milestone in sessions run :)
LutherCon also had an excellent turnout; about as good as I'd hoped, and much better than I'd feared. :)

I saw some positive feedback on the Chicago boards about LutherCon. I think PentaCon was this past weekend as well.
It always seems like a good idea when I'm making the plans, but when the time comes to get up at 3AM make a 200 mile (330km) day trip to Ontario I can honestly say I wasn't as enthusiastic. Fortunately this cozy one-day convention had a very organized staff and was hosted in a top-notch hotel. And I got to hang out with Neil and friends, and managed to get tipsy off a single microbrew between slots (I will have to build up some tolerance before U-Con). Having a full table each slot was very gratifying but even better was getting to see some familiar [older] faces. I did indeed hit a milestone of 250 scenarios run, but I will also admit that even after 250 scenarios I still can mess up encounters and get flabbergasted by player unpredictability. Everyone had fun and no one cared about the mistakes though, so I will chalk it up as a success.
Thanks to Neil for keeping me company and doing the Regional Coordinator thing so I could just run my scenarios.
