Shifting back one, the Shade drops another Void of Shadow over the bloodied necromancer, before seeking once more to ravage Darion's mind with his perverted thoughts. The paladin can't stop himself looking into the Shade's eyes and his own glaze over as he confronts things he would really rather had stayed put in his subconscious.

With a single brutal gesture, he pulls himself free of the clinging vines.

Darwyn, since you go before Darion in the init list, I can't really let you swap targets. Sorry. You can always delay if you need to know what someone else is doing before taking your own turn, but in this instance, I think it needs to stand.

Darwyn cries out his clarion call to action as he reduces a bone warrior to dust and seconds later, Darion follows suit. Divine power roars through the paladin as he drives his blade deep into the warlock and Pelor's wrath hurtles up and outwards to remove another of the undead.

The warlocks seem to revel in the chance to go hand to hand with their foes. The immobilised warlock closes his eyes and drinks in the scent of blood as he strikes at Lyan. Alas, in his eagerness, his blow glances off the hobgoblin's armoured form.

Rev, added the paragon path spells and just to clarify, since I couldn't engage the shade, the mark disappeared after my last turn. Same goes for the necromancer and I never marked the warlock. That mark was meant only for the undead. My apologies for any confusion.

Damage: 1d10 (5) + 11 = 16 damage and you teleport the target 3 squares.
Effect: If you hit both targets, you can swap their positions when you teleport them, rather than teleporting each one 3 squares. If you do so, both targets are dazed until the end of your next turn.

I will wait to see the results of that attack before deciding if and where to teleport the targets or use Elven Accuracy or Inevitable Shot powers.

Calling on her elven heritage, Levana neatly eliminates another three undead.

That got rid of B11, B7 and A6. Nice work.

Use the blue coding [ooc] for out of character stuff and mechanical details. You can use bold for conversation if you like, although I don't, myself. If you want your character to think something - e.g. What have these idiots got themselves into now? - use [i] for italics. I find the dice roller a mixed blessing, so if you'd rather home roll, go ahead. Same applies to all of you.

EDIT: things marked in red at indeed bloodied. I usually try to keep pcs a darker shade than monsters, but that doesn't always work out.

Finally catching up with the party, Samson strides into the room and swats an inconvient bone warrior aside like an insect.


Samson takes in the situation at a glance and his words let Lyan shake off the worst of his wounds.

Seeing more enemies approaching, the Necromancer gesture again and the ground near Levana erupts with more undead. The archers move out of the bat infested zone and launch a hail of arrows at the newcomer, while the bone warriors move and concentrate their attacks on the seeker.

Hit: The target can’t take opportunity actions and takes a –2 penalty to attack rolls (save ends both).

After-effect: The target can’t take opportunity actions (save ends).
