Today was supposed to be my day for doing laundry and dishes, but now the water to my building is off. Which means one of my idiot neighbors has clogged the drains again. :(
At least these problems are dealt with very quickly now. They had one of the maintenance guys move into the unit next door to us because there have been so many problems with the plumbing in this building.

I didn't even like the smell of coffee before joining the Army at 17, I would eat instant coffee and coco to stay awake for training when we didn't get to sleep for a day or so, but I acquired a taste for it before leaving Korea. By the time I got out I was drinking about three pots a day. I don't drink nearly as much coffee now, but 5 hour energy shots and sugar free Monsters are my friend for long drives or working 80 to 90 hours a week on shut downs.What do you do for a living, BT?
EH&S (Environment Health & Safety) manager when I can find work in the field. 3PL (3rd party logistics) like freight brokering or warehouse and other logistics work if need be. The job market in my fields isn't good right now. Hopefully I will be managing a power plant project in February, but it has already been pushed back once. I haven't ruled out contracting in Afghanistan for a six month tour if the job market stays this bad, but a lot of those contracts are in flux right now.

Thanks. I have a close friend who came back from some contract work in Afghanistan a couple of months ago. He got shot up pretty badly. I would be working in a different capacity than him, but obviously there are risks that go with the money.
