Same here. The wife tells me I'll have to tone it down once the boy arrives.

Speaking of the boy....As of today, he's set to arrive by C-Section on 23 February, primarily due to him being in the 95th percentile for size. Hopefully that means future linebacker.

Sounds like he'll be my adopted son. Tho natural, all 3 of my sons were born on the 23rd of the month. March, April and May. :)

Now that is regular!

I see you've been talking to my parents again.
I talk to my mom at least once or twice a week

My mom calls me about once every other day. I would call her once a week if I could, but she's always got some sort of crisis or issue that she needs my opinion on, so it's better to let her come to me. I should call my father more often, however.

I do. It's under my real name though, and I'm pretty cautious about letting that info out to folks I haven't already met in person.
Awww, I don't bite. Somebody once told me I talk too much, though.
Yeah, if there were a PM feature here, I'd be okay with letting some folks here (you included, from what I've seen) know what it is, but I don't really want to broadcast that info in a public forum.
Fair enough but you can join us there. All but freehold he is facebook shy. So we set up a fan site!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't get things like this. My parents weren't big into spanking, but I never spoke to them like this. Kids today are just so disrespectful. And its just not today. My little brother is only 4 years younger than me and he used to think that things like this would be ok, or similar to. I don't know...

I can't remember the last time I got a spanking....but I know I was under the age of 13, cause we were still in the old house.

But I can remember what it was for. My little brother and I had been arguing...as siblings will do, and he charged at me, hit me, and ran into his room and locked the door. I proceeded to brace my back against the wall and kick at his door in an attempt to break it down to get to him. My mom swatted at my thigh...just a couple months ago she and I were talking about this and she informed me she hit me for kicking the door, not for trying to get to the s$$@head on the other side of it.

So Jude was really sleepy this morning, so I left him asleep until it was time to go to daycare. That was when I realized that he had pee'd through his diaper and outfit and soaked the bouncy seat. Then as soon as his diaper was off he pee'd again soaking himself and the changing table. And then again. So 3 diapers and 2 outfits later, plus a new changing table pad cover, he was dressed and off to daycare. He laughed almost the whole time. Good thing he is cute.:)

It's (one of) the difference(s) between Gen X and the Millenials. I've seen it a LOT. The only thing that ticks me off is that, for some unknown reason, the Millenials blame us Gen X'ers for the current state of the world. Somehow it's our fault the Baby Boomers spent all the money. <sigh>

On another note, Dunkin' Donuts is the ONLY coffee I actually like. They must put crack or something in it.

Y'know, they recently leaked some info on the David E. Kelley/Wonder Woman pilot. And all I can say is that this is the reason I wanted Joss to work on it instead of Ally McBeal's creator.

I know it sounds like the stereotypical blaming of the previous generation, but considering that the Baby Boomers are the ones that bought into Reagonomics (and thus, increased our deficit for the first time since WWII), I'd say we have the facts on our side in this issue.

Me too in terms of the being at home stuff, but the curfew thing she was trying to impose lead to me moving out a few years later- I did NOT dig being treated like a 17 year old when I was going on 23.

It's the combined might of DC and NBC/Universal not knowing how to sell a live-action Comic Property.

(Face it, Christopher Nolan got Batman--and no interference from the higher ups--for the sole reason that DC/Warner said, "No matter what he does, it can't do worse than Batman & Robin")

No, in episode III, I am unable to defeat a crazed Joss Whedon and his fans on the planet Mustafar(although I do leave him wounded, he survives only with the help of a cookie-cutter script-writing prosthesis) and am forced to go into hiding.

Nolan is a rare breed of directors right now. I know some may disagree, but I've enjoyed every theatrical release he's put out thus far. Saying that, I've probably jinxed him.

I like David Kelley; don't get me wrong. But keep him miles away from anything that's superhero related. It will spontaneously combust.
