Uh-oh. What happened this time?
Nothing big, just his behavior in general, and his lack of ability to take responsibility for anything.

Ah. To this I can relate much better than I wish I could. So no advice, but plenty of sympathy.

*hugs*
It does help to know that someone knows how I feel. The schools make it seem like he is the first child they have ever encountered like this in all their 30 + years of teaching. I am so relieved you guys found a good school. We are still searching. It makes me so mad too. The one thing we shouldn;t worry about is school!
Well, we do suck up some seriously high cost of living to stay in this school district. I know too well from being a problem child myself how few schools are actually set up to deal with them. Depressing but true. But I am very thankful that we have a good school for him. And hopeful that he'll actually get to stay in it, though some weeks that's more in doubt than others. Good luck with your school search. I hope you guys catch a break in that area very soon. It does make a difference.

Thanks Lyn. We have a another meeting in a week or so, this time with just our County Rep, hopefully this will turn into something good. :)

Turkeyday leftovers gone? That not possible. Left-overs are meant to make your fridge stink after months of inedibility.

We need a new fridge. We're looking at getting one with the slide out freezer drawers. Our current is a side-by-side, and therefore there is no room for anything else but a gallon of milk and left-overs.

We rent so ours is provided. Its just a standard fridge...but it is so nice to have one that works!

Nah. He is working on his submission for Wayfinder, playing Fallout, working, working a lil more.... those kind of things. Plus, loggin in for us is a pain, so with just the one laptop we tend to just leave whomever is logged in logged in. :P

Treppa and I used to have that issue. Her laptop was terrible, so we traded off on my tower to play games and visit our websites. Then we got her a new tower and BLAMO, my old one blew up on me. I had to get a new PC also. It's amazing how it seems karma makes you either fully upgrade or remain behind. :P

I know I have said it alot lately...but Damn I still have the songs from Rocky Horror still stuck in my head! One goes away and another picks up! Today it is Time Warp....yesterday was The song about Eddie that they sang at the dinner. :P

The laptop is acting funny lately anyways, which makes it worse. I have a warranty still, just waiting to get past Black friday weekend to go into Best Buy to figure out what file is corrupted and how to fix it.

Everything seems to go on the fritz this time of year. Our X-Box is starting to act wonky, and we've had it only about a year. I sometimes wonder if it's not a conspiracy... *puts on fedora, pulls collar up around face*

same about the emo bit. Just I don't know. I am confused and don't know about why I am here, on earth in general. Nothing serious but life just seems to being a point of getting/maintaining employment. paying bills. and just moving day to day. I don't have drive, or even any close friends, in both bonding and distance. One of these days I just need to save enough money to move from here. Iowa does truly suck. I need someone to kick me in my ass to get up and get moving and I am not finding that here.

I can relate. We're still planning the best way out of Rochester, but I think it's going to happen.

I can't tell you at this point how much it will help, but I will let you know.

Overall, had a good weekend. My partner's mom came over for Thanksgiving dinner (she brought a turkey breast that she had already cooked, so that made things easy. Then my mom came over for dinner on Friday for some pasta, and last night we had pizza at my partner's brother's house.

I'm stressed as all f%~& over grad school applications, but otherwise okay.
