Will any of our UK/Continental European Pathfinder Society GMs or players be attending this show? I'd like to get an idea of how many will be there so we can get some Pathfinder Society action started there.
The Venture-Captains of PaizoCon UK have been invited. I will definitely be there and hope to have a few others with me. Last year we had three GMs there. I'll see what I can organise.

Right now on their website they don't list Pathfinder Society under Organized Play. Is this something you can correct or do I need to contact someone? And if I need to contact someone, who should I contact? Thanks!
Not sure why we're not up. I was talking with them before Christmas. I'll make sure PFS is on there asap. I can put you in touch with the organiser. I will email you.

You might also try asking in the PaizoCon UK threads.
I don't want to confuse things. UK Games Expo is a different event to PaizoCon UK but as they are very close in date and location we could generate some confusion. But I will suggest to potential PaizoCon UK GMs that they could see the Games Expo as a practice run!
So anybody interested just contact me via the usual address paizoconuk@hotmail.com

Sparked by this thread I had a look and I'm interested to come. After all I still need 9 more games for my first star. The main issue currently is for me to sort out family life.
There are currently two options forward. I will go with a colleague of mine who seemed interested in the Games Expo. My hope is to entice him that he actually would play organized games for a first time (he is a player in my home group). If this happens I should be able to GM most of Saturday/Sunday.
The alternative is to go up with the whole family including the kids. In this case I probably will be available only for a single game as GM as my wife wouldn't be happy if she has to look after them for two days while I GM.
I will update you as it developes. Just keep me in the look of GM's. Anyhow - I should know more details when I come to the next games at your place at Easter.
It is unlikely in either case that I will be there on Friday as I would have to take holiday.

Thanks. I will discuss this with you and some other prospective GMs at Easter.

I'll go ahead and mention this here, too:
Will any of you mainland Europe folks be attending UK Games Expo in Birmingham, UK? It's the first weekend in June.
Second part of this question:
We're thinking about sending me to UK Games Expo for Pathfinder Society-related stuff, including the recruitment of European Regional Coordinators. Would any of you not previously planning to attend, come to the show knowing I'd be there to play/run Pathfinder Society and recruit for European Regional Coordinators?
I'm eager to hear what you say.

Well, booking for Saturday day-time and Sunday games is open.
Games can be organised for Friday from 10am and Saturday evening at the adjacent hotel - booking for those games doesn't seem to be open yet.
I expect this is a very early list of games - it's a pretty short list so far!
I think many people are still organising GMs, etc for UK Games Expo. There will be more games going up over the next few weeks. I'm trying to decide which Pathfinder Society scenarios we'll be running.

And still looking for more volunteer GMs for this and other conventions in the UK!

Thank you to Russ, Phil, Jens and Paul for also running games. I ran 4 Pathfinder Society games and I believe another 6 were run (still sorting through the reporting.) An excellent time was had and I think we interested a few newcomers as well as entertaining current Pathfinders.
Dave
The big Thank You goes to you for GMing so many sessions and organizing. The whole family enjoyed the show and it allowed us to get some gaming done. 2 slots for my wife and the very first one I could enjoy as a player with my son.
And it was a great session that I GMed - managing to wrap it up with 5 minutes to spare and all encounters and jobs done.
We will be back next year.

Hi
I hope to be back next year too, even if it's just one day.
PFS does seem to be getting more popular. (Very goog thing)! At Conception this year there were more players than were anticipated. At Expo there weren't any 'official' games on the Friday, (the added day in another hotel), even had a crossover from some of the 4th Ed gamers. Couple of us players ran scenarios in 1st & 3rd slots. Would have run in the 2nd slot too, but afraid we overran a bit in the first game.
Had a great time - have booked the Saturday for PaizoCon in July. See you then....
Thanks
Paul H
PS We getting any 'Special Guests' at Conception?
