Just out of curiosity, what is everyone's thoughts on these Ultimate Combat variants? I think they sound neat, but I'm not sure if I should try to get them implemented in any of my group's future campaigns. So, yeah, thoughts?

It benefits the physical damage guys who have one big hit while penalizing severely those who have multiple smaller hits. This is particularly devastating to anyone who does archery. Personally I like it, but if you do use it you may want to provide away to give a helping hand for a little while to those who need it.
