Well I am laying here on an uncomfortable hospital couch anxious as hell. My wife is asleep but I just can't calm down. In less than 10 hours I'll be a dad again. C-section in the morning. It shouldn't be a big deal I already have a beautiful daughter and fantastic boy. I don't know if it is because they are early, because they are twins, or because of the c-section but I have never been this nervous before with my other children. Just had to vent that since everyone I know here is sleeping. I'm off to read some more posts.
Congrats on the upcoming birth. I wish your wife and children well.
I'll be there around March 27th. Congratulations, man :)
Don't stress the c-section thing, my sis had three, they're pretty routine now.
Good luck and stay calm. Things will be ok. I know that you and your wife will do a great job. My prayers will be with you both.

Then again maybe it's because this time we didn't peak on the ultrasounds. Gah... having twins and I have no idea what they are. Two girls, two boys, or one of each.
Heh I used to tell folks as long as it picked a sex it was all good :)
Congrats man... when the rush wears off make sure you get some water and some food. Get some sleep when you get a chance as well. I am sure everything will work out great.

It's been 18 years since I was in that situation, but I remember the feelings all too well...
having kids is great (and tough) and there's probably going to be more sleepless nights in your near future:-)
my son and his friends are going up against Xanesha in about two hours from now (it's half past eight in the morning here in Copenhagen).
all the best to you, your wife and your kids!

Good luck, man.
And always remember: sleep is for the weak.

It has nothing to do with sexual orientation, If my girl grows up and says "hey dad I'm a lesbian" I have zero issue with that. However a child born with both sets of organs, or half and half, have a much harder time in life understanding who or what they are. As a parent you do not want your child to have any problems. Growing up is hard enough with out more complication

Congratulations, and good luck!
My second is due in a little over a month, so I'm with you (and expect I will be even more so) on the lack of sleep thing. 8^)

Well we are home. All of the kids are asleep but the twins have to be fed in an hour so no sleep yet. Hopefully after the midnight feedings.
