Spell component pouch: Now with added refrigeration!

Pathfinder First Edition General Discussion

(Note, despite the 'now' part, this does not imply that its any different from older versions of the rules, which I haven't bothered to check)

So, I started a new level 1 conjurer for a game...and there I was, casting Grease. Looking up the spell, I saw that its material component...is Butter!

And of course, we all know our 5gp spell component pouch covers all material components that don't have a GP cost...

Eww?

Ah, but don't you don't you know?

Take the butter, apply it liberally to the meat of your choice (casting grease, or the non-core version that ignites on fire if your allowed to learn that)

Then, mix one part sulfer with three parts bat Guanno, add it to the meat and toss a lit match on it. (Cast fireball)

One Flash-broiled slab of steak, with a rather exotic flavor :D
