Next June 13th will be our 7th wedding anniversary (go us!).
Although unannounced, I believe PaizoCon will happen the very same weekend.
So what better way for a happily married couple to spend their anniversary than to spend it playing Pathfinder?
Assuming PaizoCon is the same weekend as our anniversary, we'd likely come out the weekend before and spend the entire week traveling around the area. So what I would like to know from any Seattle/Pacific NW folks is... What's there to do and see? Where should we go?
We've both been to Seattle at different times in our lives before:
My wife was last in Seattle in 2000 for a job interview with Boeing. She actually turned down a job offer there as a structural engineer to stay in school and get her masters. She toured the town quite a bit, but I'm not 100% sure of what she's been to.
Anything of note in Vancouver? (especially since the Canucks won't be playing at that time of year...)

Vancouver, B.C. is a great trip for a day or two. Actually, having spent my honeymoon in Vancouver, I'd highly recommend spending your anniversary there. Not entirely sure of the border ID/visa requirements these days, though.
I'm a native Vancouverite, and I'm thinking this town will still be in a pretty heavy post-Olympics hangover by that point. I don't think there will be that much going on. But on the flip side, it should quiet, easy to get around and I would assume that the tourism industry will begging for your dollars (i.e. possible cheap deals before the peak July-August tourism season). You could try checking the Tourism Vancouver site and maybe Ticketmaster to see if there are any concerts/events that you would be interested in that week and then see if there are cheap accomodations to be had?
