Gnomes are weaksauce, and Pathfinder is going to fail for including them, instead of, like any sane person, getting rid of them like 4E did.**
Iconic X is lame and indicative of how little Jason Buhlman understands 'how things work' and how much the game would have been better if only he'd listened to my very important playtest feedback, because said Iconic would be completely helpless in the face of something that his/her class was never designed to deal with anyway, and I could blow him/her away with the following selections of spells, feats, items and fuzzy rules interpretations culled from sixteen different books, some of which have been reprinted (but I am using the 'pre-nerf' versions of), that nobody in their right mind ever have prepared, since the character would be useless in any other situation, ever (and not have been able to survive to the level necessary to achieve this overclocked and overspecialized combination), but always shows up in my arguments as an example of how *everyone* should design their characters.
**See also; Half-Orcs. Monks. Druids. Clerics. Fighters. Full of Fail. Unplayable. CoDzilla. Broken. Each another shining example of why Pathfinder will fail. Oh yes. By not reactively over-reacting to a vociferous minority that is trapped in a perpetual state of hysterical and hyberbolic over-reaction, Pathfinder's designers have proven that they Just. Don't. GET IT!

Dayam! That's a long thread title! :)

Ok, I give in...
"The pornographic picture forum"
"The Pathfinder beta contains hidden Satanic messages!"
"I have disproven the existence of God"
"I heard Obama is going to make everyone play 4e"
"Which Paizo employees have you slept with?"
Are these gonna be panel discussions at Gen Con this year? I'm particularly interested in the first and last one...especially if there is film involved. Heh.

I would like to propose that my earlier suggestion of "Which Paizo employees have you slept with?" should win the thread. You have to admit, with nothing more than that title, it would get shut down immediately before anyone even had a chance to respond... just in case.
We could try it out as an experiment. :)

Disclaimer: This is a thought experiment. You asked for thread topics that could result in a ban. I came up with these...
Religious people should be isolated and treated to avoid the meme spreading.
There was no Jesus Christ.
Islam is the greatest threat to secular society.
The first world war was an invasion of Iraq.
Americans are kept stupid for a reason.
Why are so many marijuana smokers in prison for longer than rapists?
The CIA smuggled cocaine into the united states, and helped turn it into crack.
There are only five media companies in America, and all of them are corrupt.
Holland is the land of the free. France is the home of the brave.
Hitler was a good catholic.
How to make nitroglicerine, and turn it into plastique.
Aircraft hijacking made easy.
How to start a war in Iran, and make it seem like it isn't about the oil.
What to do about the millions of americans who want to end the world.
Canadians are pussies.
Monkeywrenching tips. From Aircraft grounding to Zoo release.
Why white people get shorter prison sentences.
Dimethyltriptamine and how to synthesise it from benzine.
Grow your own hydroponic skunk.
I am sure I could think of more, but these are a few off the top of my head. I would not discuss any of them on Paizo, because it is a welcome escape from my normal preoccupations.

Hmmph. Gary must be asleep at the switch... Did they all sleep in today?

You've piqued my curiosity with that one. :)
I wasn't actually there for it, but a WizO told me that there were a few rather enthusiastic fanb0is a while back who got into some pretty heated disputes about how much damage a katana should do in D&D. I guess the discussions got so heated that they had to ban the topic for a while.

Thanks! How much damage should a katana do? :)

Actually, it's worse than that. The topic has been banned several times. Every once in awhile they will lift that ban, give it a 'trial run' and pretty fast there is a multi-page flamefest going on, and it gets banned again.

I don't see why discussing Canadians love of domesticated felines would get anyone banned.

No, they are cats. The French are all really cats too, but they have Poles pose for their photos to continue the myth. That's why the poodles hate them.

Guess I'll see...Also, ninjas could probably beat pirates in their chosen scenario. Pirates would win in their own.
But Vikings could beat both. |:)

You should be "baned."

Is it impossible to say 'banned' or something?
Kobold Cleaver you have been 'baned.'
Reason: You failed to recognize that my use of the word 'baned' was a play on the thread's topic. This offense is particularly egregious, since you failed to recognize that I use proper grammar and spelling in almost all of my posts, even though we have had many conversations together.
Date when bane will be released: When you use the word 'baned' properly in a sentence.

DoveArrow, you have been 'dubed as annoying'.
;)Reason: Failed to recognize that I was not making fun of your spelling, but asking whether it was disallowed for whatever reason to use the word 'banned'. You also apparently failed to realize that I was responding to posts stating ideas similar to my own.
Date when dub will be released: When you apologize for your foolish mistake.
