Anyone converted Crown of the Kobold King to Pathfinder?

To be honest, I'm preparing to run it in the next couple of weeks and I'm seeing little difficulty in running the module under the Pathfinder ruleset as it's written; I expect the only conversions in this one will be on the fly.

I played it as printed with Beta characters. Not a problem.

In a way it proved how compatible PFRPG is with 3.5

Just needed to remember the skills changes and turn grapple modifiers into CMB in my head.
