The big galoot actually checked ALL the math on the Top 17 stat blocks. Considering that several of them are multiclassed templated monsters, that's a LOT of math. He spotted stuff that skimming the stat block wouldn't.
So I bought him a latte.

What can I say, I am a glutton for punishment. That said, I did a cursory inspection of all 17 stat blocks, not a complete work over. There are limits to the amount of punishment I will take, especially with a few of those monsters...
So, it would not surprise me at all if there are some mistakes that I missed, but I will let the voters take a look for themselves.

Wow, so he's checked 17 more stat blocks than were checked in all of WotC's Complete line of books. Kudos! ;-)
Seriously. If there's any NPC stat block in any WotC supplement that's 100% correct, I havn't seen it yet. Some of them are pretty tame (wrong skill totals) but some just make you wonder what got edited out, because the NPCs don't match the rules at all.
I can sympathize, though. It's a LOT of effort to make sure everything in a single stat block is perfectly correct, even when you're not dealing with a character designed to make use of an entirely new class that may not even be done yet when you make the NPC. You could pay me to take the job, but I'd grumble a lot!

Having finished going over all the villains, and about to dive back into three for my last two votes, I cannot say thank you to Jason enough!
First, I've learned so much on how to do all this dang math and figuring out villains CRs ... and I know that you, sir, must be a god in Mathematics, where I am a lowly English Major that flees from anything mathematical when I can :)
