Gods and the Great Beyond

Are the various gods of Golarion just the gods of Golarion, or are they known elsewhere -- in the star system or beyond it? Is Pharasma worshipped, possibly under some other name, on Akiton?

Taking that to the next step, does the afterlife cosmology apply only to Golarion, to Golarion and the other worlds in its system, or to the whole darn starry infinity of its universe? ^.^

I suspect that some of them are indeed known on other planets and in other realms. After all, Lamashtu and Asmodeus are both certainly known on Earth and in other RPG worlds. I suspect that Pharasma and Desna in particular are known elsewhere.

while Iomedae, Norgorber, Irori and Cayden Calistria and maybe Aroden would be pretty much local, right?

Pretty much. Those guys haven't been around long enough to establish faiths on other worlds. Although Norgorber might have. He's probably the most far-sighted of all of them.

Except Calistria, who does have worshipers on other planets. (I assume that was a fun little typo above that had you replace Calien with Calistria?)

What James said.

And I'll touch upon the topic in The Great Beyond, going into the migration of souls from Golarion and other worlds as well, plus introducing a couple gods/entities not worshiped on Golarion itself, etc. The focus on gods will largely remain somewhat focused on Golarion's perspective though, more as a result of word count limitations than anything else. As much as I might like to, I'm limited in scope to something of reasonable length rather than getting to write something like a Planes of Chaos/Conflict/Law right off the get go. :)

Gah! lol yes, just little misplace, begining for the fact that Elves would have taken their goddess to other worlds, so at least she is in one or 2 more... maybe more...

thanks
