Rolling to confirm Adjunta's critic ..
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 31d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Well, I've got bad news and good news
The bad news is that Adjunta's attack while striking his opponent do not succeed to drop him
The good news is that nonetheless , he let Adjunta move without using his AoO ... Adjunta , how does N12 sounds at the end of your move ?
Adjunta
He is in fact just at 0 hp and does not feel like making an attack just now ...
Mel to act if she wants to before the brigands .
Ianthé Jack
Ianthé was loathe to outright murder any of these bandits, but she was not avers to rendering them unconscious. As Adjunta moved away from the bandit attacking him, she took a step to the side and cast an easily managed spell, so simple was its construction. A bright blue-white beam streaked out from the end of her staff towards the bandit, the air seeming to crackle like frost around it.
5-ft step to (N-14), Ray of Frost @{T-10}1d20 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

The bandit in T10 move to the north disappearing from view .
The bandit in M5 fires at heren's horse with his crossbow
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 51d8 ⇒ 8
A giant ferret emerges from O6 ( small animal) and rush up to Heren's horse 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 51d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
He is encouraged by another bandit who moves to N8
Also coming from the place all these bandits come from are two people
One is a ratman like creature in leather armor with a shortsword who moves to J5.
The other one is a bandit who has better equipment than the others bandits . he moves to N10 .
Hasim takes a sidestep to K13 and finishes his spell
2d20 + 1 ⇒ (11, 8) + 1 = 20Both the bandits in M5 and N8 fall down asleep !!
Heren's horse react violently to the ferret's attacks
bite: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 91d4 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
hoof #1: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (2) - 2 = 01d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
hoof #2: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (19) - 2 = 171d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Only one hoof succeeds to strike whixh is far from sufficient to kill the ferret
The situation after all this
Bandits : one down in J10 , one in G7(severely hurt) , one in L10 sleeping , one in T10 (badly hurt) , one in M5 sleeping , one in N8 sleeping , one formerly in T10 out of sight
Strong bandits : one in J10 (down) , one in K10 sleeping
Hasim init 11 in J15
Ferret : fighting Heren's horse
Heren's horse : fighting with the ferret
Heren init 10 : down
Ianthe init 4 in L14 :to act
Round 5
Adjunta init 20 in N12
Mel init 20 in P11
Ianthe , Adjunta and Mel to act
Ianthé Jack
Map updated HERE, assuming proper positioning. No objection from Adjunta, so he is at robin's last stated position. I have no idea the size of a giant weasel, so I have not moved it yet. Furthermore, this assumes that Heren's horse has not moved.
From her position, Ianthé moved towards the pillar, trying to see the bandit that Adjunta had been previously engaged with. Her attention was drawn by the appearance of the weasel, recognizing that there was another spellcaster somewhere. Keeping track of the situation was difficult, but she at least hoped the fighting going on over the sleeping bandits did not wake them. Reloading the crossbow, she aimed and fired at the bandit that Adjunta had formerly been engaged with.
5-ft step to (N-14), Crossbow @{T-10}1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
This assumes that the bandit is visible upon her moving to that location.
robin
The ferret has normally a fine size , this one is small and in K10. And the horse has not moved yet .
Adjunta wisely sidestep to N11 thus using the fact that the channeling is a burst and does turn corners ...
The bandit erstwhile in T10 is not visible from where any of you are
Heren has fallen in K11 . He can act if the healing has sufficed
The hexes J10 and K0 are now considered as a difficult terrain seeing the number of bodies there ...
DM Wellard
As I said , the bandit in T10 has moved and is now out of sight . if you want you can move to see where he is but chances are you will not be able to attack this round .
Haldstandir moves a little to the left to let you be upright .
you said
one in T10 (badly hurt) , one in M5 sleeping , one in N8 sleeping , one formerly in T10 out of sight
please make things more clear in future

In seeing Heren stand, Ianthé takes a chance to do something she did not get a chance to do before, which was that of doing what she could to make sure that Heren was protected as best she was able. Hastening over to his side, she was already beginning the preparations for the spell as her feet crossed the stones that had likely once been part of an impressive temple, now mostly reclaimed by the forest, reaching out with her staff to touch him as the spell completed.
Ianthe to (2F-6), or whichever is beside Heren.
Casting Protection from Chaos on Heren, 60/60 rounds left, +2 Deflection to AC, +2 bonus on Saves vs Chaos-aligned creatures.
-Heren, don't forget to account for the summoned Weasel that I haven't placed, that IIRC, is over the fallen bodies of the bandits in the two squares in front of Harstandir.

Ok moving on
Ianthe moves to L11 and cast shield of chaos on Heren

The Bandit in G7 makes his shuffle for liberty and moves to I6. given the take he cares moving , he is also staggered
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6 Damn , he has been taking a large detour but Mel sees a bandit in M18 trying to sneak up ...
Hasim moves to O11 and whispers he is out of attack spells
Halstandir obeys his order and does not do anything
The situation (I'll do a rep case by case , it might be more useful )

K10 : one strong bandit sleeping , one giant ferret
L10 : one bandit sleeping , the well-equipped bandit

Heren challenge's the well-equipped bandit, then swings at him with his sword.

For once in the past couple of frantic seconds, Ianthe was out of something immediate to do, since she did not want to risk firing at the ferret and hitting Harstandir (or worse, Heren). Mel and Adjunta were fine, as was Hasim, and she made a motion to him, asking whether or not he wanted her crossbow, since she had spells of her own that she could use indefinitely-- then again, it was likely Hasim had those as well.
"How many?" she called to the five of them. Ianthé had only seen two-- no three-- and given that they were still fighting, there had to be a couple more.

It was a gamble, but then again, there was little that could be done about it now. Ianthé points her finger at the ratman, casting the last more difficult spell that she had memorized. A coruscating ray shot from her finger towards it, missing completely.

It was a difficult choice for Ianthé. On one hand, she felt she ought to contribute to the fighting if they were ever going to see the end of this, but a defensive approach would just prolong things if the odds against them were unfavorable. Clenching her jaw, she grounded her staff and extended her will outwards, warding the area around her.. Hopefully it would be enough to make a difference.

The ratman does 4d6 damage? How on earth are we supposed to win against a 5th level rogue with DR? You will remember that we are only 1st and 2nd level robin! I'd say this fight is pretty much over. The bandits we might have been able to take, but this "ratman" is clearly a lycanthrope and there's no way any of us can beat a DR 10 silver. No one has silver weapons and no one left can hit hard enough to bypass it. I think we're looking at a TPK and truth be told, even if we had everyone still standing, I doubt we'd have a chance then.
Adjunta will channel positive energy again: 1d6 ⇒ 3
Ianthé Jack
Seconded. Given the circumstances of our arrival-- and our arrival at the piazza, furthermore-- coupled with the outlook of the town --understandable, but still-- has compounded for a rather prohibitive event.

It galled her. It really did. Seeing two of their friends fall-- and they were friends-- in this situation made her next words something that would haunt her until the end of her days-- which may be shorter than she hoped for. Taking a step back along the wall, she grit her teeth in shame and looked over to Adjunta and Hasim, giving a single order. "Run."
5-ft step back away from the ratman's direction, then withdraw action back the way they had come in.

The ratman is not the one doing the 4d6 damage , the well equipped bandit is the one doing it . As Ianthe said , you rushed in ; normally you should have been able to deal with the ones on the upper level before dealing with the lower level
And Ianthe , bad news but I checked ( had a doubt) and you can not both do a withdraw and a five foot step.
