I just read that there is going to be a Teen Titans movie made that will be similar to Watchmen and the two Batman movies. The article was from last year, but it still got my hopes up. The only character mentioned was Nightwing, so my question is which characters should make the cut and who should play them? Also who should the villains be? It was mentioned in the article that there would be multiple villains.

depends if it's based off the cartoon or the comic. if it's off the cartoon, then it'll prolly be about Slade. multiple villains means most liekly Doctor Light, maybe after he starts to remember stuff. if it's off the comics (which io don't know as well), the only villain i remember is Trygon, and he seems too "big" to be in a movie with multiple villains.
as to which titans, it again depends on which incarnation. if it's off the cartoon, then the 5 (or six counting terra) would be the obvious ones. if it's off the comics, then i can see terra, cyborg and speedy there, but again, my knowledge isn't enough to form a better opinion.
and as to which actors, I have no idea...

Well, we have to have Starfire just to keep the bosom count up...I'd say go for the classic NTT line up

actually, it might be cool if ti was the line up that's seen in Blue Beetle, with nightwing (though i think he's still robin there), the demon kid, wonder girl, super girl, the martian girl, and slade's daughter. wow...that is a lot of bosoms...and i guess BB himself is a titan now, though i'm not sure.

Nightwing is with the TITANS (all growed up!!!) and Tim's with the Teen Titans (younglings).
The movie will have to have the 1980's Teen Titans in it:

Red Arrow (aka Speedy)
But they'll probably go for the cartoon Line-up (Nightwing, Cyborg, Beast Boy, Raven and Starfire) b/c they are the best known to NON-COMIC book readers for a live action movie.

Well they could still throw in Arsenal and Troia and I'd be happy. Seeing how it's supposed to be grim and gritty ala Batman Begins and Watchmen, I don't know that they would be aiming at the cartoon audience.

Who would you pick to play the characters? I'm afraid that they will go with Will Smith as Cyborg. He would do a good job, he's just a little over exposed at this point and the tendency would be to make him the main focuse rather than doing a true ensamble story. I would rather see the go with some reletively unknown actors and actresses like they did with Batman Begins or the X-Men.
