Half of this order is pending, what gives, did you break it into 2 shipments and the second package isn't out yet?
Strangely enough, my second darkness companion and pathfinder 13 have shipped, but the whole "pathfinder 12" order is still pending...
The same thing is hapening to me, and the campaign setting is the product im more exited about this month.
Pathfinder #13 is aviable for download but #12 and the Campaigns setting are not.
Well, we're all in the same boat, so it's not an irregularity.

Have the same issue here. Anyone know if it means the packages have actually been shipped seperatly or if the computer error is just that it thinks they've been shipped seperatly.
the same problem here. I´ve contacted paizo to try to solve this problem because I´d like to get pathfinder 12 to read it before 13.

I'm also having this issue.
The email I got says-
"A package containing 3 items from Paizo Order #1004604 is expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Friday"
and
"The following products are included in this shipment:
1 x Pathfinder #12 -- Curse of the Crimson Throne Chapter 6: "Crown of Fangs" (OGL) Print Edition
1 x Pathfinder #13 -- Second Darkness Chapter 1: "Shadow in the Sky" (OGL) Print Edition
1 x Pathfinder Companion: Second Darkness (OGL) Print Edition"
I am also subscribed to Chronicles and see no mention of the Campaign Setting or Map Folio, and I have "ship as one order to prevent multiple shipping charges" checked in my preferences. I have no particular problem with paying an extra shipping charge this time if something went wrong, and the three products I did get PDFs of all look great from what I've read so far, but I just wanted to make sure the other two items were going to be shipped to me and didn't just vanish through some glitch.

I have exactly the same situation than Lord Gadigan. Pathfinder #12 and #13 and the Companion are listed as shipped, and I can access them on My Downloads, while my Campaign Setting, Map Folio and the Planet Stories book "Masters of the Pit" are marked as pending. Also, the Planet Stories book "Infernal Sorceress" sits in my sidecart "waiting to be shipped when Pathfinder #13 [...] arrives at our warehouse", which is already marked as shipped.
Weird. :)

Yep—not a bug. There's a 4-pound weight limit for "standard shipping" for international mail; packages over that have to go International Priority, which is way more expensive, so we're now breaking subscriptions into multiple boxes when it would save you money. (There are a few other cases where we might split packages, but that's the main one.) Eventually, we'll do that for non-subscription orders, too.
The second part of those orders should be processed later today.

Everything is still sitting in my sidecart. The are no orders created or e-mail sent out.
I know I'm probably down the bottom of the list somewhere (being International), but there are a lot of other Internationals that already have their order shipment details a nd are reading their .pdfs!
Just curious.
