Gorrish River

I'm currently going over the Pathfinder Journal from Pathfinder #1 and translating it into German. There I found this, about the Galtan Lodge (emphasis mine):

I looked at the map in the Gazetteer, but found no trace of the Gorrish River. The river that seems to fit the description would be the Sellen River. Has this been renamed since the earliest publications, or am I missing something here?

The Gorrish River is a smaller tributary, I suspect, that isn't labeled (or might not even show up at all) on the larger map of the Inner Sea Region.

While that works, the fact of the matter is that the river I was talking about in that article eventually became the Sellen River. So you'd be fine translating that as Sellen, since that was the original intent.

Is Mwalgi supposed to be Mwangi? Mwangi is not, however, exactly in the west.

Yeah... this article was one of the first things we did for Golarion, and not all of the names and ideas were yet set in stone. We CERTAINLY didn't have a world map at this point... at least, not one in any real solid sense (we had a big 1st draft version of the world relatively early... not sure if we had it handy THIS early...)

Yes; that's a typo, I believe. Mwalgi should be Mwangi.

The Forbidden Jungle was an early name for the Mwangi Expanse, I believe, while Vandu was indeed an early name for Vudra.

This one I'm not sure about. It's not the Ruins of Kho, since that would have been mentioned in particular in the entry rather than it just mentioning the headwaters. This might be a fragment we never followed up on.

Bhopan isn't on the Gazetteer map; this stuff happens to the south, I believe.

Bhopan is in the Obari Ocean between Garund and Vudra.

The "headwaters" lake became Lake Ocota.

Thanks, Erik. Not exactly what I'd call a mountain lake. :) I'll amend the text for my players a bit to fit the current state of things.
