How have people found this module to run? Its virtue also looks like its chief weakness: very fluid design. You can recruit more minions in this adventure than in any I've seen from Paizo. It looks especially complicated once you get to the caverns. Does the fluid nature work or is it too much?
Oh, and, white dragon=TPK or no?
