That puts her at about 4th level party level...
Flight of the Red Raven should be good, actually.
Spoiler:
There's several chances to pick up helpers along the way: the tracker, the bandits, the sorceress, the Red Raven himself, an ogre. It's not too lethal if you drop the dragon encounter, which has to be a TPK in the making with no cover listed and no way to force the dragon to the ground for your character. And there's a variety of ways to take the adventure from law-abiding to mercenary to romantic heroism.
Crown of the Kobold King, despite being listed as a 2nd level party module, scales very well.
Spoiler:
And by that I don't mean that you should advance the monsters. Your PC will be on a clock to save the kiddies, but the sheer number of encounters presumes that a party will take their sweet time and rest every 4-5 encounters. It's not a cakewalk for a 7th level cleric if she can't rest. Also, there's opportunities to pick up a few helpers, although they're not super reliable.
I frackin' love Carnival of Tears, which would make a great follow up for Crown of the Kobold King. By then your PC will be 8th level and will have enough power to potentially take on
Spoiler:
It's the best module that Paizo's put out.
the evil fey turning the carnival into a real horror show.
Into the Darkness has
Spoiler:
a jungle elf back story that should make things very interesting indeed for your particular PC. Again, it's got a good variety of stuff to do and some minions to red shirt.
