Whilst I'm afraid that dice roll proves that you're apparently either a munchkin or a power-gamer, Kobold Cleaver, yes it does look like you made that Reflex save by 13 points. Go ahead. You catch the cleaver in your claws, (possibly martial arts style, clapping them together as it comes spinning in, end over end, and stopping it inches from your snout).
