I went to Staples. Cost a little more than doing it myself, but I like having it spiral bound, easier to read that way. Only had it printed in B&W but it's been very readable. If you take it somewhere you may have to tell them not to have the "Let PDF size pick paper size" because for some reason it wanted larger than letter.

Talk about printer unfriendly. Is there a non-pretty version?
My printer likes boring but nice documents. The pretty ones break his heart. And his toner.
Kludge method: Open file in Adobe Reader, "Save as text", spend 20-40 minutes removing extraneous line breaks as well as embedded/water marked info and figure references. Copy and paste into word processing application of your choice. Style according to taste. Alternative is to manually reformat in a text editor and print a plain text document.
While it is an investment for the user, you also get to style as granularly or as sparsely as you choose. Some folks like their H! headings bold and their H2 heading italic and run-in. Others are satisfied with removing redundant carriage returns and adding returns for clarity/effect. If you can handle dense, small font text, you can cut the page count in half.

If there's a Kinko's nearby, upload it to them and have it printed.
We're away from home visiting family in Omaha for Easter weekend. I had it printed a local Kinko's yesterday for only $7, double sided with the front page in color.
For a few dollar more they'll spiral bind it with thick front and back covers.

I agree that it would be nice to have a more printer friendly version of this document. It looks great but printing is a problem. Particularly for those of us without a Kinko's (none in Yokosuka as far as I can tell), and printing from work...well, let's just not go there. I am thankful that the full document will be printed by Paizo at the end of the Summer.
Thanks,
Scott
