On Monday we were testing something in my office, which involved some isopropanol.
Some was left in a water glass which on Tuesday I topped up with water and drank.
Immediate vomiting, blood, trip to the hospital, gastric lavage by sexy but stupid Chinese nurses, blood vessels in my eye burst from moronically administered lavage, submitting blood, feces and urine for two days... ophthalmological tests....
No permanent damage except the horrible nightmares of a topless Chinese nurse stuffing 1/2 inch tubing down my throat and screaming "don't bite the sausage!" in Mandarin.
Um,... wow.
I got nuthin' to add to that. The tale, and the fact that it's true, has simply left me speechless.
(Betcha didn't see THAT comin', didja!?!) ;P

And next time you get the urge to drink industrial solvent, just drink Everclear. Same basic effect without all of the rigmarole. Just a thought.
