I haven't seen it yet; I might sneak out next weekend--my wife wouldn't grok this one.
I've heard a lot of positive reviews from......people who liked the graphic novel, GOOOOOOOD!!! and people who don't quite grok it; who say "this isn't a good movie to let your 10 year old go see whilst you mall shop." GOOOOOD!!!

I've been thinkin;.....too bad we can't do an interdimensional Dark Sun Character pbp charity event to help the poor misfortunates of Athas....like Hudak from Golarion could give poor Schenker a masterwork kukri he never uses. Poor Schenker would be so happy.

Doubtful. I remember there being several plans as to where this game was going:

Plan A - Mike comes back, we don't switch to 4e
Plan B - Mike gives the go-ahead for Kruelaid to DM, we don't switch to 4e
Plan C - Mike gives the go-ahead for me to DM, we don't switch to 4e
