Yeah, I rushed this one this morning. I was out of town and only had a few minutes. I hated to hit 'submit post', but I was in a hurry.
I got to see The Night Watch when I was in Amsterdam back in '99. It is way more impressive in real life. The darks are so much darker and the light really pops. Not to mention, the painting is frickin' huge.
