Ice-T
Ice-T's "Street Killer" has a lyric "F+** police brutality".
The only other thing I can think of is Body Count's "Cop Killer".
Lyric from that: "F!%# the police for your freedom".
And on that note:
F&!@ the Police
Rage Against the Machine (NWA cover, 2000 Republican Convention in Philadelphia).

More Japanese metal? Did you ever check out Electric Eel Shock? I saw them live a few years ago, and they were wild. Enjoy!

Oh hells yes with Japan metal! Got hooked with Loudness back in '85-'86? when they opened for the Crue on their Theatre of Pain tour. Loudness had "Crazy Nights" going strong in the US and then pfffft. No coverage or interviews in the mags or nothin. Went to EZO and Anthem after that. Love X-Japan too! And yes on Electric Eel Shock. I got that one in this list somewhere. I saw him fishing on a homemade video or something and then found "Bastard" and "RnRCRTW". They show up in Bloodhound Gangs "Uhn-tiss uhn-tiss uhn-tiss" video too. Pretty cool. Heres Anthem's new stuff.

DN - That Anthem outfit is rather excellent. They've listened a lot to Judas Priest and Accept, but that's a good thing. Speaking of Accept...
