The Pig is the pub that the good cleric of Kelemvor asked you to meet him at, it is about 5 miles away, and you are close enough to teleport,I rented Lords of darkness for the Colorado Springs Library and it has some info on Cyric and his following so I apposogise to those who have that book and are questioning the authenticity of the recent encounters. Here is a better end to the barbaric evil ogres life,
As his flesh is pelted by the vengeful storm the body guards eyes flare red and his mouth opens wide as he screams in shear pain, his scream accompanied by those of those who he brutaly killed in the many years he had surved the evil god of trikery and murder, his body seems to melt into the earth, disolving into a strange jet black goo as he falls to the ground dead never agian to torment the good of faerun. every PC gains 10000 xp for killing the beast and his army. A minute or so later the battle field is silent, the grass on the field green, the sky blue and the birds chirping in the warm breeze.
That Better?
BTW Nym, you should have a dislike/hatred of 9 for his chaiotic attitude.
BTW2 Does any one here play rune scape? I am Master Noth1Yay!!!
Is the 9 for 9/10 or some supplemental rule-lingo I am unaware of? I understand I dislike*10 the guy, you mentioned he was a follower of the enemy of my god.
Meh, he is just not your friend, you are against Chaos.

I am waiting on Kazir, to see if he has a method of transportation (I did not, as it turns out, prepare gate).
sorry about not posting--I couldn't find time yesterday.
Teleportation will work at such short distances.

The four of you are transported to a quiet and dusty street out side of a dark pub with the same sign as in that previous encouter with this area, The Pig.
As you walk inside you see that the people here are real as apposed to the ones in the ilusory terain earlier, however the pub inside is the same, exept for the male drow presiding at the counter surving up vilanous concoctions to passers by. Off in one corner is the good cleric sitting talking to a stranger, looking up he sees you and the stranger teleports out. As you take your seats the good cleric begins to speek:

That was a member of an underground group of rebbles down south, he tells me that there is a vile and crule man who lives and works in their orginization that may have some info on Cyric and his chosens where abouts, though he is as evil as you can possibly be he is a money grubber and if we pay him a sum he will take us give us what we need.
What I want you to do is to go south for a few days and relax in the my home town in cormyr, here is a map to help you on your way. In 1 weeks time the man you just saw will meet you there, he is a good friend of mine and will help in getting you to the informant and will assist after that as well, he is trust worthy so do not insult him with doubts of his honor or credibility.

The good cleric hands you a map and vanishes telling you that he will meet you around the same time as your guide in Cormyr.
For those who do not know,
Cormyr is a good nation its main AL's are LG and NG it is several miles south of here and will take the better part of 2 days journey.
Your move.
Stick to the Init I posted earlier so we can make sence of things.

oh well, lets assume that 9 and kaz are following,
walking south you experience brutal cold and searing heat as you hike for dozens of hours, about 4 hours hike from your destination you come upon a mining shaft as shown on the map, the map directs to go in, but the shaft has a dark aer to it and you feel uneasy, do you go in the shaft or go the same rout over ground.

Interesting decision, not bad, its not like I am gona kill ya but you, shall we say intersepted. You see the minings shaft was about 4 miles form the mountains between anarauche, the nation holding the city of shade. You are brought to a vally between mountains, there is no pass visible to the naked eye, ( there is no pass, so dont try true seeing, nothing will happen) However before you lays the ruins of an ancient Nethril city, the rubble is strewn in this vally and all vallies within 3 miles, on one mountain top you see a tall spire of the once great city perched, magicaly held in place, it looks vaguely like those of the taj majal in real life. from the balcony you see what seems to be a reflection of blue light. You are at the bottom of a vally, approximately in the middle of the mountain range, gazing at the ground you see what seems to be some broken and some non broken magical items, the horizon is stormy, and night is setting in, it will take you many hours to get to another flat spot of land, do you set up camp and travel during the day, cast a spell to leave, go to the light, travel during night, explore the ruins searching for burried treasure or what?..........

OK, I cast Augury (I didn't list it in my spells prepared because I planned to cast it) to see whether going in that direction, particularly with respects to the tower, is a good idea.
"Kelemvor, we need your guidence..."
BTW, has everyone else just stopped playing?
