The map of Jeklea Bay in the Bullywug Bay Adventure gives different dungeons that characters can use as side adventures. Can some one give me an idea where I can find these adventures are they in Dungeon or some classic and what the levels are for these.
Dragon #349 has more information about them in the Savage Tidings article. They're not really hooks from old adventures.

You might also adapt the 1e "Dwellers in the Forbidden City," if they venture deep into the jungle. Most of the spells/monsters in that module have exact 3e equivalents. When they get to Tamoachan in "Sea Wyvern's Wake," some esteemed Paizoans have suggested adding the rest of the 1e module ("Hidden Shrine"), suitably converted; I myself would do so, except that my copy of the module was lost in a move about 15 years ago.

Wild elves generally are also called Grugach.
When reading the excerpt from Igglwilvs Demonomicon in Dragon issue 349, I was wondering if we will see a village of Dagon worshipers cut off from the rest of the world in the STAP. It would make for a creepy side track.
I thought of something classic like the lighthouse in the village was maintained by a priest of Pelor until he was murdered by the Dagon cult. Now some ships don't find their way to Sasserine as easily as before. Kera Gosalar gets disturbed and asks the PCs to check out what happened to the priest and the lighthouse.
It would also be an opportunity to use the Mountebank class from Dragon Compendium and perhaps the PCs could add a point or a half one to their affiliation score if they belong to the Dawn Council or the Church of the Whirling Fury. One could add an ancient relic as prize and to add some insentive for the Seekers.
If I didn't mention: the PCs worked for the Church of Pelor before, they found the "goat-vampire" a chucabra (hopefully spelled right) from Dragon 343 and put an end to the goat murder series. :)
Just a thought...

Some of this stuff was from Shackled City and the Age of Worms. Savage Tidings #349 mentions where some of this stuff originated from. Are there anymore details perhaps stuff that had to cut cut for space reasons.
Also who are the Grugach Elves? is this mentioned anywhere else?
Yeah, in the spire of long shadows they had a blurb where it mentioned that a bunch of wild elves made the ultimate sacrifice to create the great black ring wall around the spire of long shadows to contain all the undead horrors venturing into the surrounding area.
