Those of you still waiting for the magazine will be pleased with it. The Weavers is excellent. I'd put it pretty close with the Styes. It's a good sequel, wonderful to read. The Mud Sorcerer's Tomb is also very good. I hadn't read the original in #37 and it was all very pleasing to me. An old-fashioned 1st edition style dungeon crawl. Worth every penny.

Wait...you know who the Weavers is by, don't you? Is this a trick? I'm on to you buddy!

I've stopped hoping to receive anything in less than three weeks - quicker delivery is just a happy surprise. So, if it makes you feel any better, I'm sure you'll have it before me.I've gotten pretty good results here in Bend. Maybe I should just drive up to the top of Willamette or McKenzie pass and chuck it at ya. You'd probably get it faster. :)
Woot! Just came home from the gym, and there it was!! Rapture!
After a very quick perusal, I'd have to say that this seems like a great issue. "The weavers" look really, really good, and "The mud sorcerer's tomb" has a cool, old-school vibe to it. Now, how 'bout a Styes book? I'd get that in a heartbeat.

Received mine on Friday July 28 in Kansas City, Missouri. WOW! What an issue.
- Awesome Wayne Reynolds cover
- Wererat and Thieves' Guild adventure in sewers at low-level!
- More Styes! and this time it is even creepier.
- Updated Mud Sorcerer's Tomb. I never played the original, but it looks like I will this version. Traps galore and I love the handouts.
- Contest of Champions goodness.
- Savage Tide preview!!! After this preview it is a good thing it starts next month, otherwise it would be too much of a tease.
- Monte's column is especially interesting this month.
- Campaign Workbook: The Dungeon, Obstacle Traps is very useful!
- Critical Threat: Downer Tarantula. 'Nuff Said.
- Maps of Mystery: Ancient Catacombs. Chris West displaying some of his finest work.
Thanks Dungeon staff. You've been knocking my socks off fairly consistently since issue #114 with all the quality content. With the Savage Tide coming in I have no reason to think that will change.

Edit--oh yeah. This thread reminded me to go downstairs and get my mail. #138 is here (Lansing MI). Guess I know I'll be spending my evening.
I was wrong, still waiting in Ann Arbor, MI.

Got mine yesterday (29 July 2006) in Gainesville Florida. Looks pretty good, although it doesn't look like i'll be using any of the adventures from this issue for quite some time (excepting maybe challenge of champions).
I am also VERY disappointed that they decided to cut the index. Oh well, I guess there are enough fan made indexes around...

Paizo guys, if this is a problem, delete the post, I'm really just doing FREE ADVERTISING...Warning, it's a huge honker picture. 3 megs... Flickr will scale it down, but you can DL the full size pic if you feel like; you get to see the dots!
This is a really nice issue, although the mud sorcerer's tomb is too old-school for me. Nice traps, but nothing I'd run. I am really friggin' amped for the Savage Tide, even though I totally can't run it with my groups, they'll just keep yelling about how it's a King Kong/Pirates of the Carribean ripoff/cash-in. >Sigh< The perils of hanging with cynical people.
Heck, I should UL the covers every month, people like the art so much...

Someone please describe the Dwarven Forge AD on the inside back cover!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dude...stop chewing the keyboard.
It's called the Medieval Building Set. It's walls, corners, doors, windows, and looks like a bookcase hiding a secret door.

The address didn't work, but I found it nonetheless.
Man, I hate when you're stealing out of a tomb and Egyptian God statues start kicking your teeth out. The guy doesn't need stuff! He's passed away!

Thanks!!! Since it shipped over almost two weeks ago I've been waiting to see the cover (What's up with that Paizo?). Now I can only hope that I get the real deal within the next week or before the next issue ships.

Hmm....
Just picked up my copy, and was thrilled to see that it was a super-sized issue. Started to read it and found that it went up to page 130, then looped and did pages 115-130 all over again.
Printer error or shenanigens? You be the judge.
Did you get it at a bookstore? It might have been an error issue. I would take it back to trade it in if I were you.
EDIT: Oh, and um...ehr...this is gonna sound dumb, but...what are the Styes? I know there was an adventure of that very name a year or two ago in Dungeon, but I don't have that issue, and I am clueless.

still ...not received Dungeon 138
I'll put you down for a replacement.
Started to read it and found that it went up to page 130, then looped and did pages 115-130 all over again.
Printer error or shenanigens?
That would be a printer error. The good news is that the issue only goes up to pg 130 (I checked), so you're not actually missing anything. If you would like to ship it back to me, I'll send you a replacement. If not, you have a... umm... "Collector's Issue"?

Please include a description of the problem (even if it's immediately apparent) and your shipping address. And a $20 bill.
Ok, you don't need to include a $20 bill. But that would rule.

Not to add my voice to the sound of dissention, but I haven't received my Issue #138 either. Additionally, I've received no reply to my emails. Is there a proper channel to request a copy or do we do it here?
I'll add my voice to yours, as I haven't gotten my issue #138 either.
"Oh Great COSMO, puh-lease help a couple of lowly schleps get their copies of DUNGEON! PleeezzzZZZZ....

Hello MaxSlasher26,
the Styes appeared in dungeon issue 121 and introduced the setting and an adventure. The plot of the adventure revolved around a fiendish kraken bearing the mark of Tharizdun, a twisted aboleth and a dead man called Mr Dory. It was a 9th level urban adventure with strongly evil themes.
The Styes are a disease ridden, collapsing, infested vile city district that once were the magnificent centre of all things extravagent, entertaining and wealthy. Dark things live in the buildings under the streets. Everything you need to know is in the issue you have but obviously I'd like you to buy issue 121 anyway because you might like it enough to start a thread entitled 'Greg Vaughn is pants' for me.
