I'm wondering about some things. I haven't bought any issues of Dungeons with the AoWAP, but I'm either going to buy them all as back issues, or purchase a hardcover copy (if they do the same thing that they did with SCAP.)
SCAP was full of NPCs, Monsters, and the city of Cauldron itself that could be used in other situations besides just that particular campaign. I assume that AoW is no different.
So, out of general interest, are those giant worms that are being fought on the cover of the first AoWAP issue statted somewhere during the adventures?
Thanks!

You probably want to get some Age of Worms issues anyway. We have the return of the Froghemoth, the return of the True Ghoul, an apparenly new freakjob in the form of the frightening Octopin (let me put it to you this way: Illithids think these guys make good pets...), a useable reprint of the Greater Doppelganger from Monsters of Faerun, and the campaign-specific Kyuss Spawnling. And I'm probably forgetting something in there.
Just for the cannibalizable material alone, Age of Worms is five-star stuff.

Not to mention that the storyline is one of the best I've ever read in a campaign...
Maybe it's just because I have unrelenting and often unfair standards, but the storyline hasn't really made me jump for joy. Just about my favorite chapter so far has been "The Champion's Belt." And I didn't like how that ends in a very possible doomsday scenario.
However, I do not mean to imply that AoW is ONLY good for parts. I'm sure many have thus far enjoyed the series. It's hard for me to fully appreciate it without players. I try to temper my views with such statements.
I really am looking forward to the last half, however. Just to see where it goes.
But I was just giving my thumbs-up on the new monsters.
