I'd like to see your take on NPC conversions as well. Too bad this site doesn't have file hosting. I begin an Eberron: Age of Worms game Thursday! It was a tough switch getting the players to go from playing Forgotten Realms, to Eberron, but I think the more love I put in as a DM the more they'll fall in love with Eberron.
So if you could e-mail me your conversion notes, that'd be great.

I've been DMing AoW and my group of five just entered TFoE.
I feel the following makes Eberon stand out:
1. Dragon Marks
2. Dragon Shards
3. Deities
4. Transportation
5. Monsters/Races
With these objectives as a guide I’ve updated The Backdrop, TWC and TFoE so far. I'm currently updating EaBK. I've read over all of the campaigns and the conversion suggestions and agree with most of them except for, intro, locations and deities of the Ebon Triad. I thoroughly enjoyed the backdrop to Diamond Lake and expanded on the character depths but renamed diamond Lake to Kyber Lake. It was once a great Kyber Mine for Sharn many years back. This goes well with the Ebon Triad Cathedral and once home to Vecna. He resided here because of the high concentration of Kyber shards. I kept Kyber Lake in the same location but have moved Blackwell to the Mistmarsh. I really love the ease of transportation in Eboron and wanted to incorporate it in my campaign.

Well i don't know if they have been sent by anyone so.... from Warmage 101 down, i have sent an email to u. I havent made any changes these are as Dizzyk sent them to me, i finally have a new group and we start AOW on Sunday so when i update ill send copies around if anyone is interested.
