"All four" is probably not the best way to describe it since there are many many more.
"All four" in this case means all four who appear in the Godsrain novel and not meant to imply that there are only four iconics.
The collection will also include additional material about Nahoa and Samo, who make guest appearances in the novel, despite not being the primary adventuring party.

At what time? Mostly the PDFs where released at midnight Seattle Time. (Almost 10 hours ago) This one I can pay for but not download it yet...
I purchased it earlier today and When I look at my orders, it shows pending. I was going to send a support ticket, but before I did I was wondering if (it sounds like you ordered it) it shows pending for you?

Stuck on pending. Same for my War of Immortals subscription and Godsrain preorder sidecart order, actually. Starting to think this event might be cursed...

The others might be because they haven't shipped you your order..though I don't think it should be in the sidecart...I'm not too sure about that one.

I preordered Godsrain when it was first announced, which is why it was in the sidecart. It was added to the order with my subscriptions for this month. It just doesn't usually take this long between me getting the initial order submission email and the shipping notification email... which isn't helped by now impatient I am to get my hands on the Exemplar, haha.

Same, though technically it's today and tomorrow. I find on these larger releases, I'm always on the back end of it.

Sorry folks, this product got missed when we had to switch our release date from the 23rd to the 30th, which is why it was saying it was available a tad early. Apologies for the confusion! It should be available for purchase next week.
If anybody has got an order in a stuck state, please let Customer Service know after next Wednesday and they can get it squared away.

That shouldn't be happening. If you can't complete an order with this in your cart or are otherwise having issues with this title, please create a ticket with Customer Service and they can look into the issue.
This book should be available to everyone as of now.

I purchased this and “The Godsrain Prophecies” from the Apple Bookstore.I can’t open either of the titles on that platform, and I get an error that says ‘incorrectly formatted’
I’m sure this will get straightened out, but just wanted to make sure Paizo is aware of the issue.

We'll look into it. I can open them in Apple books directly, so it must be something that's happening between our upload and your download. We're not getting any formatting errors flagged when the files are validated, so it might be hard to track down. What device are you using?

Yup, I already did last week when I ordered it and followed up on that just now.

Interestingly, I tried purchasing one of the titles from the Paizo Store, and I was able to open that in Apple Books with no problem, so must be something Apple did?

Also just got a chance to try it on my MacBook - same issue with the Apple purchased versions - Paizo Purchased version works fine.

Very weird. Sorry this is happening for you, but glad that there seems to be a workaround. I'll keep this thread updated when we get the issue resolved with Apple.

I was looking to pick this up on my Kindle but it seems like the entire listing has been removed from amazon. I know it was there before, so I was just wondering if something changed and thats no longer supposed to be an option.
It is supposed to be there. We are working to restore the listing. Unfortunately, everyone who had previously preordered the book will need to place a new order when it is relisted.
