For the practical portion, it would involve changing the email, deleting any payment information on file, changing the password, and telling the buyer the new login info. (The buyer should then confirm that the email is correct and change the password again before adding their own payment information).
I'm not aware of any escrow providers, so all trades are based on a high level of trust from at least one party.

Transfer is easy - you give a buyer your account and password - and he can change e-mail and password as he likes.
IMPORTANT - best do this only with someone whom you know or after you got paid. PayPal tends to be the best solution for that as you have can wait for money to arrive and the buyer has some safety as well.
What a buyer likes to know:
XP (unspend), any extras, DT (yes/no), feats trained if XP used
I noticed an earlier post that seems to indicate you made a char. Hopefully you made 2 and have XP since - as these are the accounts most valuable right now.
It also can help to have someone in a trustworthy position to act as middleman if you are unknown. At least you seem to have some history here posting and as PFS member - that helps already.
Look at it similar to e-Bay - someone posting his/her first sale will be looked at with more suspicion as someone who has 1000 5-star feedbacks - not that it is possible for you to get these.

Here I am to answer my own questions. So you would change the email and password to the seller and send it after money received via paypal.
Here is the info that I have seen in other posts. There is nothing assigned. One character created.
