Hey folks. Due to some shipping delays, we haven't been able to get the photos of the full set's worth of actual figures yet. WizKids have released the promo images they've got, and until we have more to share, there's not a lot we can do. Once they're in, I'll get them up for everyone to see as soon as possible thereafter. I'll check with my counterpart at WizKids to see what we can release while we wait on that promotional art. Sorry for the delays!

To address some of the specific questions upthread:

No, this set does not include Huge figures, though the next one will. We're pretty much on pace to do every other set with Huges, though now that I've said that, WizKids will change things for the set AFTER the next one ;-) Some of the Larges in this set really push the upper limits of what a Large figure can be, so there will still be a few that are hefty enough to be Huges, even if they're Large, whether on a Large base or Huge for stability.

As for the price, that's set by WizKids and isn't something I can speak to.

There's been huge price increases in China on substrates which has caused plastic prices to rise and WZK hadn't had a booster price increase for years so this is more of a line increase to match COGs increase than a cost increase based on mini configuration.

Appreciate that, but sad that the info they gave you wasn't this up front. Went back because I was losing my mind wondering if I was making it up in my head. The original answer on Dec 4, 2020 in the Darklands Rising comments you gave was the price increase was due to the Huges being included.

Will throw my voice in here, not that I get a vote but you guys ask for feedback. With the price hike and removal of the 'Paizo Price' for the rest of the battles cases I was looking forward to the re introduction of the Huges. Mainly because you have so many huge monsters, wonderful creations, that are under represented on my table. Can't wait to get my hands on more.

If the reasoning all along was a general cost increase, which honestly makes more sense to me, just sorta sad that they gave you a justification that didn't pan out in the end.

My voice is that I hope you guys get Huges in there even more often than every other set. Don't get me wrong, I like my mediums. I hate trying to find storage for the Huges. But I LOVE getting the huges on the table :D

Keep up the great work, looking forward to more reveals and hope the shipping situation gets sorted sooner than later. Eagerly waiting to see what else is in this set.

As others have requested, even just getting a full set list will help us make a more informed decision as to what we are getting. In my case 'what I am getting extra as singles!'

+1 to Yoshua's request for Huge-sized miniatures more frequently than every other set. We went something like seven or eight years between Huge-sized releases in the Battles line. That was six Bestiaries of mostly missed opportunities. Pathfinder has some amazing-looking Huge creatures, and many that are exclusive to the system. It would be wonderful to finally get them at the table in pre-plastic form.

I do appreciate that T/S-M-L only sets can get us more Large creatures, and faster. But I'd much rather close the gap on Huge-sized creatures at the table, even if it means using some of the slightly outdated (in appearance) old Pathfinder 1e Larges for longer as a result of that process.

Another example is to see if WizKids is willing to try some individual sets that include Huge creatures, similar to the recent Wild Shape releases. I'm assuming some of the old Huge sets (like the Reign of Winter two-pack) weren't as popular as WizKids had hoped back in the day, or we'd have seen more of them. But that was still in the early stages of Pathfinder minis, and 5e hadn't even hit the scene yet. Since then, there has been a resurgence in ttrpgs, and it would be nice to see Pathfinder take advantage.

Speaking of things we'd like to see in the future.. Many dinosaurs are still underrepresented in PPM, both in the Pathfinder line and in other popular lines. I'd love to see Paizo knock them all out, once and for all. The bigger sizes, like Gargantuan, aren't as dire, as toy companies like Schleich and Safari Ltd. do a pretty good job covering that ground. But for as many folks that say, "just use the cheap toys" for the smaller dinosaurs, finding them to proper scale can be aggravating. I heard that Quest For The Frozen Flame is likely to have dinosaurs and/or megafauna in it? Here's hoping any Battles release around that time and help knock out some of these creatures (and any new ones appearing in those adventures).

Tomorrow makes 2 weeks since update on pics, here's hoping a post will come soon with new pics or at least a set list :D From Wizkids or Paizo, not picky, just want want WANT!

Hi! We've been discussing things and doing non-visible work. We are communicating with Wizkids to announce set lists in time for subscribers to decide to continue or cancel their sub before each release. The date I have been given for the Bestiary Unleashed release is July 21. Since folks like Gallant Goblin and other streamers are doing such a great job of showing off the minis themselves, I'll be focusing on posting links to that content here. Preview blogs will be pulled back, since those streamers are doing such a good job. I think Jim will have more details about that this week, but I think that's the gist of it. From my perspective this is more in line with Paizo's relationship with other licensed partners in which they take the lead in promoting their product and we amplify their messages and influencers. Hopefully that helps set expectations going forward.

Wow, previews of this set look GREAT, at least the photos on the WizKids site! I want all of them! :)

And I encourage you guys to post links, too, rather than spend time on writing blog entries with rendered images. I also agree with Yoshua; Gallant Goblin is my personal favorite of all the streamers showcasing miniatures, and they do fantastic job with each video.

Apologies for any typos, and the numbers are based on what was said during the live stream. One that we missed or was misnumbered was the Cocodemon which we have seen, and was showcased, but we believe she said the number was 3 but a 3 was already listed as a goblin.

WizKids is experiencing some serious freight delays that will likely push the release date for the Bestiary Unleashed cases and premiums. It's not for sure but it is very likely and as we learn more, we will try to keep this thread updated.

I moved the dates for the set into late August. I need to enter data into the fields to keep it preorderable, but please assume it is TBD*, and not any one specific date at this time.
