What creatures are immune to unconsciousness?
The same that are immune to sleep?
Where do i find the relevant rules?
Question arises due to Ice Tomb Hex which renders a creature paralyzed and unconsciousness. Immunity to paralyzed exists, e.g. for construcs, but unconsciousness i did not find and unconscious golems due to a layer of ice look strange. And Ice Tomb isn't even mind effecting.

The only monsters I can think of that might be immune to unconsciousness are the ones you wouldn't use non-lethal damage against: Golems, Constructs, Oozes, and Undead.
Though while a Construct/Golem may not be unconscious, it could still be inert.
So what is not effected by the unconscious part of ice tomb?
The interesting aspect is, that its aupernatural ability so no SR. So 1/20 chance to put the next god who comes along in an ice tomb, which will make him inert till the ice melts? (Assuming you beat his ini.)

Ah, that's what's behind the question. Well, outsiders and undead can't be rendered unconscious because they are destroyed at 0 hp. That's probably what the spell description refers to.
As to targeting a god... I wouldn't trust most supernatural effects against even a demigod. Bear in mind that even disjunction, which is otherwise a firecracker, has the line "gods... are not affected by mortal magic such as this." Not saying that the RaW might not support you - just that I wouldn't count on it working, natural 1 or not. ;)

I suspect that. But still, which creatures are immune to unconsciousness?
Ice tomb deals some little damage and has the effect of paralyzed and unconsciousness. With paralyzed is easy to see whether a creature is affected.
The outsider can get unconscious i would say. Its only when they drop beneath 1 hp that they go back to homeplane. So i do not know what happens if a paralyze-immune outsider is entombed, e.g. a ice elemental.
